MODULAR EXERCISE MACHINE
An exercise machine includes a fastener to attach the exercise machine to an anchor point and an exercise module. The exercise module is configured to be attached to the anchor point via the fastener. The exercise module includes a spool, a cable wrapped around the spool, and an actuator connected to the cable.
1 . An exercise machine, comprising:
a fastener to attach the exercise machine to an anchor point; and
an exercise module configured to be attached to the anchor point via the fastener, wherein the exercise module includes:
a spool;
a cable wrapped around the spool; and
an actuator connected to the cable.
2 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , wherein the fastener is configured to attach to different anchor points that allow a different origination point.
3 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , wherein the exercise module further includes a chassis, wherein the actuator is connected to the cable outside of the chassis.
4 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , wherein the exercise module includes an electromagnetic resistance unit, wherein the spool is coupled to the electromagnetic resistance unit.
5 . The exercise machine of claim 4 , wherein the electromagnetic resistance unit is controlled by an electronic device via a wireless module.
6 . The exercise machine of claim 5 , wherein workout guidance is provided via an application installed on the electronic device.
7 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , wherein the exercise module further includes a wireless module.
8 . The exercise machine of claim 7 , wherein the electronic device is paired to the exercise module via the wireless module utilizing Bluetooth.
9 . The exercise machine of claim 7 , wherein the electronic device is paired to the exercise module via the wireless module utilizing Wi-Fi.
10 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , wherein the exercise module is coupled to a second exercise module via a drive shaft.
11 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , further comprising at least a first arm, wherein the actuator is connected to the cable through the first arm.
12 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , further comprising a monitor interfacing module.
13 . The exercise machine of claim 12 , wherein the monitor interfacing module is coupled to a monitor.
14 . The exercise machine of claim 13 , wherein the monitor is in a portrait orientation.
15 . The exercise machine of claim 13 , wherein the monitor is in a landscape orientation.
16 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , wherein the actuator is a handle.
17 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , wherein the actuator is a bar.
18 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , further comprising a battery.
19 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , further comprising an electoral plug.
20 . The exercise machine of claim 1 , further comprising a series of gears.
