METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PROVIDING DYNAMIC CONTENT BASED ON USER PREFERENCES
Systems and methods are presented for providing of dynamic content based on user preferences, for example, identifying a consumer's preferences for a media asset and tailoring the media asset to the consumer's preferences to encourage the consumer to continue to consume the media asset. The system generates the media asset for consumption. The system identifies a media asset consumption profile based on the media asset and a viewer profile and identifies a second media asset that may be used to enhance to the first media asset. The system generates an enhanced media asset from the second media asset based on the viewer profile and provides the enhanced program for consumption. An enhanced media asset may include the video content of the first media asset and the audio and text content from the second media asset.

2 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
generating for display, at a device associated with a user profile, a news video stream;
identifying, in the user profile associated, a content preference related to news video consumption, wherein the content preference is set via user interface selection identifying the content preference;
searching a social media feed associated with the user profile for at least one text item corresponding both to the content preference and to the news video stream; and
generating for display a feed comprising the at least one text item alongside the news video stream.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the content preference comprises comedy.
4 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the content preference comprises explanatory content.
5 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the content preference comprises data determined based at least in part on social media feed consumption habits associated with the device.
6 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the content preference comprises hyperlinks to supplemental content in the social media feed.
7 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the news video stream comprises live broadcast content.
8 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the user profile comprises a user action associated with the device while receiving news video,
wherein the user action comprises modifying a news asset by:
modulation of audio of a video, repeating a portion of the news asset identified as critical, adjusting a volume control, replacing subtitles of the news asset with dynamic subtitles from a second media asset, or replacing an audio of the news asset with dynamic audio content from the second media asset.
9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the user action is walking, driving, focused watching, on the move, watching from a distance, or watching the video of the news video stream displayed by the device.
10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the user action is identified automatically based on monitoring a movement of a user associated with the device.
11 . A system comprising:
a storage configured to store a user profile;
control circuitry configured:
to generating for display, at a device associated with the user profile, a news video stream;
to identify, in the user profile associated, a content preference related to news video consumption, wherein the content preference is set via user interface selection identifying the content preference;
to search a social media feed associated with the user profile for at least one text item corresponding both to the content preference and to the news video stream; and
to generate for display a feed comprising the at least one text item alongside the news video stream.
12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the content preference comprises comedy.
13 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the content preference comprises explanatory content.
14 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the content preference comprises data determined based at least in part on social media feed consumption habits associated with the device.
15 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the content preference comprises hyperlinks to supplemental content in the social media feed.
16 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the news video stream comprises live broadcast content.
17 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the user profile comprises a user action associated with the device while receiving news video,
wherein the user action comprises modifying a news asset by:
