MANAGEMENT DEVICE, MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
An acquisition unit ( 15 a ) acquires task information representing work-related operations for each person in charge and a responsibility period of each person in charge. A revision unit ( 15 b ) revises the incomplete date information in each piece of task information by using date information included in the acquired task information and the responsibility period.
1 . A device comprising a processor configured to execute operations comprising:
acquiring task information representing work-related operation as a task of a person in charge and a responsibility period of the person in charge of the work-related operation; and
revising incomplete date information in an item in the task information by using date information included in the acquired task information and the responsibility period.
2 . The device according to claim 1 , the processor further configured to execute operations comprising:
estimating an execution frequency of the task by using a task name and an occurrence date included in the task information.
3 . The device according to claim 1 , the processor further configured to execute operations comprising:
retrieving the task information from the revised task information, wherein the task information comprises a designated task for the person in charge.
4 . The device according to claim 3 , wherein the retrieving further comprises extracting an unfinished task of a previous person in charge.
5 . A computer-implemented method, comprising:
acquiring task information representing a work-related operation as a task of a person in charge and a responsibility period of the person in charge of the work-related operation; and
revising incomplete date information in an item in the task information by using date information included in the acquired task information and the responsibility period.
6 . A computer-readable non-transitory recording medium storing a computer-executable program instructions that when executed by a processor cause a computer to execute operations comprising:
acquiring task information representing a work-related operation as a task of a person in charge and a responsibility period of the person in charge; and
revising incomplete date information in an item in the task information by using date information included in the acquired task information and the responsibility period.
7 . The device according to claim 1 , the processor further configured to execute operations comprising:
generating textual data describing the task for transferring the task from the person in charge of the task to another person.
8 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the revising further comprises inserting a predetermined value to the incomplete date information of the task when the task indicates a task state of on-hold.
9 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 5 , further comprising:
estimating an execution frequency of the task by using a task name and an occurrence date included in the task information.
10 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 5 , further comprising:
retrieving the task information from the revised task information, wherein the task information comprises a designated task for the person in charge.
11 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 10 , further comprising:
wherein the retrieving further comprises extracting an unfinished task of a previous person in charge.
12 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 5 , further comprising:
generating textual data describing the task for transferring the task from the person in charge of the task to another person.
13 . The computer-implemented method according to claim 5 , wherein the revising further comprises inserting a predetermined value to the incomplete date information of the task when the task indicates a task state of on-hold.
14 . The computer-readable non-transitory recording medium according to claim 6 , the computer-executable program instructions when executed further causing the computer to execute operations comprising:
estimating an execution frequency of the task by using a task name and an occurrence date included in the task information.
15 . The computer-readable non-transitory recording medium according to claim 6 , the computer-executable program instructions when executed further causing the computer to execute operations comprising:
retrieving the task information from the revised task information, wherein the task information comprises a designated task for the person in charge.
16 . The computer-readable non-transitory recording medium according to claim 15 , wherein the retrieving further comprises extracting an unfinished task of a previous person in charge.
17 . The computer-readable non-transitory recording medium according to claim 6 , the computer-executable program instructions when executed further causing the computer to execute operations comprising:
generating textual data describing the task for transferring the task from the person in charge of the task to another person.
18 . The computer-readable non-transitory recording medium according to claim 6 ,
wherein the revising further comprises inserting a predetermined value to the incomplete date information of the task when the task indicates a task state of on-hold.
