RIP1 INHIBITORY COMPOUNDS AND METHODS FOR MAKING AND USING THE SAME
Disclosed herein are kinase inhibitory compounds, such as a receptor-interacting protein-1 (RIP1) kinase inhibitor compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising such inhibitory compounds. The disclosed compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and/or combinations may be used to treat or prevent a kinase-associated disease or condition, particularly a RIP1-associated disease or condition.

A method for treating a disease in a subject wherein the disease is a disease involving a receptor-interacting protein-1 (RIP1) kinase, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the disease involving the RIP1 kinase is ulcerative colitis.

A method for treating a disease in a subject wherein the disease is a disease involving a receptor-interacting protein-1 (RIP1) kinase, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the disease involving the RIP1 kinase is psoriasis.

A method for treating a disease in a subject wherein the disease is a disease involving a receptor-interacting protein-1 (RIP1) kinase, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the disease involving the RIP1 kinase is rheumatoid arthritis.
15 . A method for treating an autoimmune disease in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 2 .
16 . A method for treating an inflammatory disease in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 2 .
17 . A method for treating ulcerative colitis in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 2 .
18 . A method for treating psoriasis in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 2 .
