HETEROCYCLIC RIP1 INHIBITORY COMPOUNDS
Disclosed herein are kinase inhibitory compounds, such as a receptor-interacting protein-1 (RIP1) kinase inhibitor compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising such inhibitory compounds. The compounds may have a structure according to Formula I The disclosed compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and/or combinations may be used to treat or prevent a kinase-associated disease or condition, particularly a RIP1-associated disease or condition.

I-24: (S)-5-benzyl-N-(5-methyl-4-oxo-7-(7-oxa-2-azaspiro[3.5]nonan-2-yl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydrobenzo[b][1,4]oxazepin-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
21 . A pharmaceutical composition, comprising the compound of claim 20 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an excipient, therapeutic agent, or a combination thereof.

24 . A method, comprising contacting a receptor-interacting protein-1 (RIP1) kinase with the compound of claim 20 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

A method for treating a disease in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 20 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the subject has, or is suspected of having or developing, the disease, wherein the disease is a disease involving a receptor-interacting protein-1 (RIP1) kinase.

28 . The method according to claim 25 , wherein the disease is selected from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple sclerosis Parkinson's disease, or Alzheimer's disease.
29 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the disease is amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) or multiple sclerosis.
30 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the disease is Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease.
