METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN NETWORK DEVICE AND REPEATER
A repeater includes: communication processor circuitry configured to communicate with a network device to receive control information; and forwarding processor circuitry configured to perform amplifying-and-forwarding of UL and/or DL RF signals between a network device and a UE, wherein the control information is received according to a repeater-specific identifier and/or a C-RNTI of the repeater.
1 . A repeater comprising:
communication processor circuitry configured to communicate with a network device to receive control information; and
forwarding processor circuitry configured to perform amplifying-and-forwarding of UL and/or DL RF signals between a network device and a UE,
wherein the control information is received according to a repeater-specific identifier and/or a C-RNTI of the repeater.
2 . The repeater according to claim 1 , wherein,
the repeater is a network-controlled repeater, and the communication processor circuitry is NCR-MT.
3 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein
the repeater-specific identifier is configured via signaling.
4 . The repeater according to claim 1 , wherein the communication processor circuitry receives the control information via a control link and the control link is based on Uu interface.
5 . The repeater according to claim 1 , wherein,
the control information is used for indicating beams of the repeater towards the UE, and/or, indicating the repeater to perform amplifying-and-forwarding of UL or DL RF signals.
6 . The repeater according to claim 1 , wherein the communication processor circuitry is further configured to acquire the repeater-specific identifier and/or the C-RNTI from the network device.
7 . The repeater according to claim 1 , wherein beams of the repeater towards the UE are identified by beam indexes.
8 . The repeater according to claim 7 , wherein, a pair of a transmission beam and a reception beam use a same beam index.
9 . The repeater according to claim 7 , wherein, transmission beams and reception beams are one-to-one mapping.
10 . The repeater according to claim 7 , wherein, the control information indicates beams of the repeater towards the UE based on the beam indexes.
11 . The repeater according to claim 1 , wherein,
the control information is carried by a physical channel, the C-RNTI is used for scrambling of bits transmitted on the physical channel prior to modulation.
12 . The repeater according to claim 1 , wherein, the control information is dedicated to the repeater.
13 . The repeater according to claim 1 , wherein,
the control information is included in RRC signaling or MAC CE or DCI.
14 . The repeater according to claim 13 , wherein
CRC bits for the DCI is scrambled by the repeater-specific identifier.
15 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the communication processor circuitry is further configured to transmit preamble and/or MsgA and/or measurement report and/or ACK/NACK to the network device.
16 . A network device comprising:
a transmitter configured to transmit control information to a repeater,
wherein the control information is transmitted according to C-RNTI and/or a repeater-specific identifier of the repeater.
17 . The network device according to claim 16 , wherein,
the control information is included in RRC signaling or MAC CE or DCI.
18 . The network device according to claim 17 , wherein,
CRC bits for the DCI is scrambled by the repeater-specific identifier.
19 . The network device according to claim 16 , wherein,
the control information is carried by a physical channel, the C-RNTI is used for scrambling of bits transmitted on the physical channel prior to modulation.
20 . A communication system, comprising:
a repeater; and
a network device configured to communicate with repeater, and
the repeater comprising:
communication processor circuitry configured to communicate with the network device to receive control information, the control information being received according to a repeater-specific identifier and/or a C-RNTI of the repeater, and
forwarding processor circuitry configured to perform amplifying-and-forwarding of UL and/or DL RF signals between the network device and a UE.
