Abstract

Described herein are embodiments of a system that permits various entities (e.g., hiring, staffing, and client computer systems and/or devices) involved in the placement of a candidate to a job to interact systematically to carry out functions that conventional systems are unable to perform. These functions may, for example, include synchronizing systems of different entities involved in placing a worker, effectively tracking a temporary workers during a placement and/or hiring process, and post placement activities. To this end, systems and method are provided that permit a handshake process between disparate systems to complete a candidate placement process, timesheet approval and processing, consolidated invoicing, customized analytics and reporting, supplier onboarding of temporary workers, and post-hiring tracking, among other novel tools, interfaces and functionality.

The distributed computer system of claim 25 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to track data related to the at least one of the plurality of candidates that has been placed to the job requisition by tracking whether the at least one of the plurality of candidates has started working and/or by tracking an onboarding status of the at least one of the plurality of candidates.

27 . The distributed computer system of claim 21 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to match one or more worker records of the plurality of records to the job requisition record and transmit data from the one or more worker records to the employer computer system.

28 . The distributed computer system of claim 21 , wherein worker records of the plurality of worker records include data related to one or more of: candidate qualifications, candidate work experience, candidate location, and candidate salary.

29 . A computer-implemented method of integrating an employer computer sub-system, a plurality of staffing firm computer sub-systems and a consultant computer sub-system in a distributed computer system, the computer-implemented method comprising:

storing, in a database, a plurality of job requisition records each associated with a respective job opening; and

storing, in the database, a plurality of worker records, each one of the plurality of worker records being associated with a respective candidate of a plurality of candidates; and

accessing, via a network interface, a job requisition record of the plurality of job requisition records in the database, the job requisition record being associated with a job requisition from the employer computer sub-system;

accessing, via the network interface, a plurality of candidate submissions to the job requisition from one or more staffing firm computer sub-systems of the plurality of staffing firm computer sub-systems;

obtaining, via the network interface, one or more status updates associated with at least one of the plurality of candidates of the plurality of candidate submissions;

in response to receiving the one or more status updates, updating, in the database, worker records associated with the one or more status updates, based on the one or more status updates;

in response to one or more of the one or more status updates indicating the at least one of the plurality of candidates has been placed to the job requisition, obtaining from the employer computer sub-system, via the network interface, performance data associated with the at least one of the plurality of candidates that were placed, the performance data indicating performance of the at least one of the plurality of candidates that was placed; and
