SYSTEM FOR ENHANCING SLEEP RECOVERY AND PROMOTING WEIGHT LOSS
The present invention provides systems, methods, and articles for stress reduction and sleep promotion. A stress reduction and sleep promotion system includes at least one remote device, at least one body sensor, and at least one remote server. In other embodiments, the stress reduction and sleep promotion system includes machine learning.
1 . An article for temperature-conditioning a surface, the article comprising:
a first layer;
a second layer;
an internal tube disposed between the first layer and the second layer;
at least one fluid supply line in fluid communication with the internal tube;
at least one fluid return line in fluid communication with the internal tube; and
at least one control unit attached to the at least one fluid supply line and the at least one fluid return line, the at least one control unit operable to heat or cool a fluid for delivery to the internal tube.
2 . The article of claim 1 , wherein a periphery of the first layer is affixed to a periphery of the second layer.
3 . The article of claim 2 , wherein the first layer and/or second layer are waterproof.
4 . The article of claim 1 , wherein the internal tube includes a silicon tube.
5 . The article of claim 1 , wherein the internal tube includes a flexible tube.
6 . The article of claim 1 , wherein the fluid includes water.
7 . The article of claim 1 , wherein an exterior surface of the first layer and/or an interior surface of the second layer include a thermally reflective and/or insulating material.
8 . The article of claim 1 , wherein the at least one fluid supply line and the at least one fluid return line are contained within a flexible conduit.
9 . A sleep system comprising:
at least one remote device; and
an article for adjusting a temperature of a surface comprising:
a first layer;
a second layer;
an internal tube disposed between the first layer and the second layer;
at least one fluid supply line in fluid communication with the internal tube;
at least one fluid return line in fluid communication with the internal tube; and
at least one control unit attached to the at least one fluid supply line and the at least one fluid return line, the at least one control unit operable to heat or cool a fluid for delivery to the internal tube.
10 . The sleep system of claim 9 , wherein a periphery of the first layer is affixed to a periphery of the second layer.
11 . The sleep system of claim 10 , wherein the first layer and/or second layer are waterproof.
12 . The sleep system of claim 9 , wherein the internal tube includes a silicon tube.
13 . The sleep system of claim 9 , wherein the internal tube includes a flexible tube.
14 . The sleep system of claim 9 , wherein the fluid includes water.
15 . The sleep system of claim 9 , wherein an exterior surface of the first layer and/or an interior surface of the second layer include a thermally reflective and/or insulating material.
16 . The sleep system of claim 9 , wherein the at least one fluid supply line and the at least one fluid return line are contained within a flexible conduit.
17 . The sleep system of claim 9 , wherein the at least one control unit is operable to receive parameters from the at least one remote device over a network to modify the temperature of the surface.
18 . The sleep system of claim 9 , wherein the at least one remote device and the at least one control unit are in real-time two-way communication.
19 . The sleep system of claim 9 , the sleep system further comprising at least one body sensor.
20 . The sleep system of claim 19 , wherein the at least one body sensor includes a respiration sensor, a heart rate sensor, a movement sensor, a brain wave sensor, a body temperature sensor, a blood glucose sensor, a blood pressure sensor, and/or a pulse oximeter sensor.
