registering, by the driver, the internet-enabled device with the device housing system such that the internet-enabled device and the device holding system may be in wireless electronic communication;
initializing, by the driver utilizing the device holding system, a verification protocol;
performing, by the driver, one or more steps of the verification protocol until the verification protocol is complete;
transmitting an unlock signal, from the device holding system to the vehicle, indicating that the internet-enabled device is secured within the safe body;
permitting driving operation of the vehicle, upon receipt of the signal.
8 . The method of claim 7 , the verification protocol comprising the steps of:
creating, by a remote server in wireless electronic communication with the internet-enabled device, a verification code;
delivering the verification code to the electronic device;
entering, by the user into a software application on the internet-enabled device, the verification code;
verifying, by the software application, and the entered verification code is accurate;
transmitting, by the software application via the internet-enabled device, an authorization signal to the device holding system.
9 . The method of claim 7 , the device holding system further comprising a breathalyzer and the verification protocol comprising the steps of:
blowing into the breathalyzer by the user to provide the user's BAC;
