DISPLAY DEVICE
According to one embodiment, a display device comprises a flexible substrate, a first insulating film disposed on the flexible substrate, a switching element disposed on the first insulating film, a signal wiring electrically connected with the switching element, a first organic film disposed on the signal wiring, a connection wiring disposed on the first organic film, a second organic film disposed on the connection wiring and a pad electrode disposed on the second organic film. The connection wiring is located between the first organic film and the second organic film and is in contact with the first organic film and the second organic film.

10 . An electronic device comprising:
a flexible substrate;
an inorganic film provided on the flexible substrate;
a switching element provided above the inorganic film;
a signal wiring provided above the inorganic film and electrically connected to the switching element;
a first organic film provided above the first inorganic film;
a connection wiring provided on the first organic film;
a second organic film provided on the connection wiring; and
a pad electrode provided on the second organic film;
wherein
a first contact hole is provided on the first organic film,
a second contact hole is provided on the second organic film,
the connection wiring is connected with the signal wiring via the first contact hole,
the pad electrode is connected to the connection wiring via the second contact hole.
11 . The electronic device according to claim 10 , wherein
the pad electrode is arranged in a zigzag state in a plan view.
12 . The electronic device according to claim 10 , wherein
the connection wiring between the first contact hole and the second contact hole includes an area covered with the second organic film and the first organic film, and the connection wiring is configured to be out of contact with the inorganic film in the area.
13 . The electronic device according to claim 10 , wherein
the first organic film and the second organic film are made of an identical material.
