Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘ALTpinky’ is disclosed, characterized by pink flowers with a red halo around a darker red center. Plants are dwarf, reaching about 2 feet in a 2-gallon pot. Petals are thick and moderately rugose. The new variety is a Hibiscus , typically produced as an ornamental plant.
