Abstract

A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘ALTobiscus’ is disclosed, characterized by multicolored flower with a dark red center radiating into a large bright pink ring and a thick orange margin. Flowers have thick, ruffled petals. Flowers are 16 to 20 centimeters in diameter. The new variety is a Hibiscus, typically produced as an ornamental plant.

1. A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘ALTobiscus’ as herein illustrated and described.
