Abstract

This disclosure is directed to systems and methods for generating a communication associated with or based on optimization data. Generating a communication may include (i) receiving first data associated with a first computing device or a first computing device user; (ii) generating at least two of: verification data, consistency data, and activity data; and (iii) generating optimization data.

Claims (112)

1 . A method for determining, based on optimization data, parametric data for a communication and generating or modifying, based on the parametric data, the communication, the method comprising:

receiving, using one or more servers and from a first computing device, first data, the first data comprising at least one first trait associated with a first computing device user or the first computing device, wherein: the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, the first computing device user, or the first computing device, is associated with second data;

receiving or determining, using the one or more servers, third data, wherein the third data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, or the third data is associated with at least one second trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

first analyzing, using the one or more servers, based on the third data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating verification data;

receiving or determining, using the one or more servers, fourth data, wherein the fourth data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

second analyzing, using the one or more servers, based on the third data or the fourth data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating consistency data;

receiving or determining, using the one or more servers, fifth data, wherein the fifth data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

third analyzing, using the one or more servers, based on the third data, the fourth data, or the fifth data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating activity data;

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, operational data comprising or based on at least two of: the verification data, the consistency data, or the activity data;

initiating storage of the operational data at a database in communication with the one or more servers;

retrieving, using the one or more servers and from the database in communication with the one or more servers, the operational data;

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, at least one of: at least one first index data or data structure or at least one second index data or data structure;

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, locus data;

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the locus data, optimization data;

ranking, using the one or more servers, based on the optimization data, the third data, the fourth data, and the fifth data, thereby generating rank data;

determining, using the one or more servers, based on the optimization data and the rank data, parametric data for a communication; and

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the parametric data, the communication.

2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising comparing at least one of:

the first data with the third data,

the first data with the fourth data, or

the first data with the fifth data.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the fourth data is associated with or comprises one or more of:

contaminated data,

random user-generated data, and

model data.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the fifth data is associated with or comprises one or more of:

comparative activity of one or more computing device users associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device,

a percentage of computing device users associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, and

recentness of information associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the operational data comprises the verification data, the consistency data, and the activity data.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the second data comprises a textual description or a category.

7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the third data comprises or is comprised in the fourth data.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein at least one of:

the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, comprises: first distributing values associated with the at least one first index data or data structure across a first graph,

the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, the locus data, comprises assigning a value representative of a distribution of the values across the first graph,

the locus data indicates at least one of a predictability, a reliability, an accuracy, or a dependability of the first data,

the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, comprises: transforming the at least one first index data or data structure based on second distributing values associated with the at least one first index data or data structure across a second graph,

the parametric data comprises at least one of a frequency, a content, or a recipient associated with the communication, or

the parametric data comprises the frequency, the content, and the recipient associated with the communication.

9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein,

the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least on second index data or data structure comprises: modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, or

the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure comprises: modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure, the at least one second index data or data structure.

10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, the locus data comprises:

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure, the at least one second index data or data structure, and

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one second index data or data structure, the locus data.

11 . A method for determining, based on optimization data, parametric data for a communication and generating or modifying, based on the parametric data, the communication, the method comprising:

receiving, using one or more servers and from a first computing device, first data, the first data comprising at least one first trait associated with a first computing device user or the first computing device, wherein: the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, the first computing device user, or the first computing device, is associated with second data;

receiving or determining, using the one or more servers, third data, wherein the third data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, or the third data is associated with at least one second trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

first analyzing, using the one or more servers, based on the third data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating verification data;

receiving or determining, using the one or more servers, fourth data, wherein the fourth data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

second analyzing, using the one or more servers, based on the third data or the fourth data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating consistency data;

receiving or determining, using the one or more servers, fifth data, wherein the fifth data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

third analyzing, using the one or more servers, based on the third data, the fourth data, or the fifth data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating activity data;

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, operational data comprising or based on at least one of: the verification data, the consistency data, or the activity data;

initiating storage of the operational data at a database in communication with the one or more servers;

retrieving, using the one or more servers and from the database in communication with the one or more servers, the operational data;

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, at least one of: at least one first index data or data structure or at least one second index data or data structure;

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, optimization data;

ranking, using the one or more servers, based on the optimization data, the third data, the fourth data, and the fifth data, thereby generating rank data;

determining, using the one or more servers, based on the optimization data and the rank data, parametric data for a communication; and

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the parametric data, the communication.

12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the at least one second trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device comprises a verified trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device.

13 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, locus data,

wherein the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, the optimization data comprises: generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the locus data, the optimization data.

14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the locus data indicates or is based on at least one of a dependability, a reliability, or an accuracy of the first data.

15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the parametric data comprises or is based on at least one of a frequency, a number, a content, or a recipient of the communication.

The method of claim 11 , wherein the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure comprises: distributing values associated with the at least one first index data or data structure across a graph.

17 . The method of claim 16 , further comprising: generating, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, locus data.

The method of claim 17 , wherein the generating, based on the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, the locus data comprises: assigning a value representative of a distribution of the values across the graph.

19 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the locus data indicates or is based on at least one of a predictability, a reliability, an accuracy, or a dependability of the first data.

The method of claim 11 , wherein the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure comprises: transforming the at least one first index data or data structure based on distributing values associated with the at least one first index data or data structure across a graph.

21 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the parametric data comprises or is based on at least one of a frequency, a content, or a recipient associated with the communication.

22 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the parametric data comprises or is based on a frequency, a content, and a recipient associated with the communication.

23 . The method of claim 11 , wherein,

the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure comprises: modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, or

the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the operational data, the at least one of: the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure comprises: modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure, the at least one second index data or data structure.

24 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, the optimization data comprises:

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one first index data or data structure, the at least one second index data or data structure, and

generating or modifying, using the one or more servers, based on the at least one second index data or data structure, the optimization data.

25 . An apparatus for determining, based on optimization data, parametric data for a communication and generating or modifying, based on the parametric data, the communication, the apparatus comprising:

a memory comprising instructions; and

a processing device configured for executing the instructions, wherein the instructions cause the processing device to perform operations of:

receiving first data, the first data comprising at least one first trait associated with a first computing device user or a first computing device, wherein: the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, the first computing device user, or the first computing device, is associated with second data;

receiving or determining third data, wherein the third data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, or the third data is associated with at least one second trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

first analyzing, based on the third data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating verification data;

receiving or determining fourth data, wherein the fourth data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

second analyzing, based on the third data or the fourth data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating consistency data;

receiving or determining fifth data, wherein the fifth data is associated with the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device;

third analyzing, based on the third data, the fourth data, or the fifth data, the first data comprising the at least one first trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, thereby generating activity data;

generating or modifying operational data comprising or based on at least two of: the verification data, the consistency data, or the activity data;

initiating storage of the operational data at a database;

retrieving, from the database, the operational data;

generating or modifying, based on the operational data, at least one of: at least one first index data or data structure or at least one second index data or data structure;

generating or modifying, based on the at least one first index data or data structure or the at least one second index data or data structure, locus data;

generating or modifying, based on the locus data, optimization data;

ranking, based on the optimization data, the third data, the fourth data, and the fifth data, thereby generating rank data;

determining, based on the optimization data and the rank data, parametric data for a communication; and

generating or modifying, based on the parametric data, the communication.

26 . The apparatus of claim 25 , wherein the instructions cause the processing device to perform further operations of at least one of:

comparing the first data with the third data,

comparing the first data with the fourth data, or

comparing the first data with the fifth data.

27 . The apparatus of claim 25 , wherein the fourth data is associated with or comprises one or more of:

contaminated data,

random user-generated data, and

model data.

28 . The apparatus of claim 25 , wherein the fifth data is associated with or comprises one or more of:

comparative activity of one or more computing device users associated with the at least one first trait or the at least one second trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device,

a percentage of computing device users associated with the at least one first trait or the at least one second trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device, and

recentness of information associated with the at least one first trait or the at least one second trait associated with the first computing device user or the first computing device.

29 . The apparatus of claim 25 , wherein the operational data comprises or is based on the verification data, the consistency data, and the activity data.
