INTEGRATED ELECTRICAL PANEL
The system includes a plurality of branch circuits including a plurality of branch relays, the plurality of branch relays coupled to at least one busbar and configured to be coupled to a plurality of circuit breakers, a deadfront arranged in front of the plurality of branch relays, and a neutral busbar arranged in front of the deadfront and coupled to the plurality of circuit breakers through openings in the deadfront. The deadfront may be an installer deadfront.
1 . A system comprising:
a plurality of branch circuits coupled to a line busbar and configured to be coupled to a plurality of circuit breakers;
a deadfront arranged in front of the line busbar and the plurality of branch circuits; and
a neutral busbar arranged in front of the deadfront, wherein the plurality of circuit breakers is arranged in front of the deadfront, and wherein each of the plurality of circuit breakers is coupled to a respective one of the plurality of branch circuits through a respective opening in the deadfront.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the deadfront comprises an installer deadfront.
3 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising an outer deadfront arranged in front of the plurality of circuit breakers, wherein respective toggles of the plurality of circuit breakers protrude from openings of the outer deadfront.

The system of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of branch relays of the plurality of branch circuits, each branch relay of the plurality of branch relays comprising a respective tab accessible through the respective opening, each respective tab being configured to engage with a corresponding one of the plurality of circuit breakers.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein each respective tab protrudes through the respective opening.
6 . The system of claim 4 , further comprising at least one current sensor configured to sense current in a respective branch circuit of the plurality of branch circuits.
7 . The system of claim 6 , further comprising control circuitry coupled to at least one branch relay of the plurality of branch relays, wherein the control circuitry controls the at least one branch relay of the plurality of branch relays based on a signal from the at least one current sensor.
8 . The system of claim 4 , further comprising control and communications circuitry coupled to at least one branch relay of the plurality of branch relays, wherein the at least one branch relay of the plurality of branch relays is controllable by a network-connected device based on signals sent to the communications circuitry by the network-connected device.
9 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising an autotransformer comprising:
at least one primary lead and a neutral lead;
at least one secondary lead; and
at least one autotransformer line relay coupling the at least one secondary lead to the line busbar and configured to be closed during islanding and open when the line busbar is grid-connected.
10 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:
a main switch configured to be coupled to an at least one AC line and to the line busbar; and
a main relay arranged in series with the main switch.
11 . An integrated electrical panel comprising:
a backing plate configured to be mounted to a structure;
a line busbar corresponding to an AC line and arranged in front of the backing plate;
a plurality of branch circuits arranged in front of the backing plate, wherein the plurality of branch circuits is coupled to the line busbar and configured to be coupled to a plurality of circuit breakers;
a deadfront arranged in front of the plurality of branch circuits; and
a neutral busbar arranged in front of the deadfront, wherein the plurality of circuit breakers is arranged in front of the deadfront, and wherein each of the plurality of circuit breakers is coupled to a respective one of the plurality of branch circuits through a respective opening in the deadfront.
12 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 11 , wherein the deadfront comprises an installer deadfront.
13 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 11 , further comprising an outer deadfront arranged in front of the plurality of circuit breakers, wherein respective toggles of the plurality of circuit breakers protrude from openings of the outer deadfront.
14 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 11 , further comprising a plurality of branch relays of the plurality of branch circuits, each branch relay of the plurality of branch relays comprising a respective tab accessible through the respective opening, each respective tab being configured to engage with a corresponding one of the plurality of circuit breakers.
15 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 14 , wherein each respective tab protrudes through the respective opening.
16 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 14 , further comprising at least one current sensor configured to sense current in a respective branch circuit of the plurality of branch circuits.
17 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 16 , further comprising control circuitry coupled to at least one branch relay of the plurality of branch relays, wherein the control circuitry controls the at least one branch relay of the plurality of branch relays based on a signal from the at least one current sensor.
18 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 14 , further comprising control and communications circuitry coupled to at least one branch relay of the plurality of branch relays, wherein the at least one branch relay of the plurality of branch relays is controllable by a network-connected device based on signals sent to the communications circuitry by the network-connected device.
19 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 11 , further comprising an autotransformer comprising:
at least one primary lead and a neutral lead;
at least one secondary lead; and
at least one autotransformer line relay coupling the at least one secondary lead to the line busbar and configured to be closed during islanding and open when the line busbar is grid-connected.
20 . The integrated electrical panel of claim 11 , further comprising:
a main switch configured to be coupled between the AC line and the line busbar; and
a main relay arranged in series with the main switch.
