Abstract

Systems, methods, and non-transitory, machine-readable media may facilitate multi-environment cellular network development and testing. A plurality of cloud-based environments that are configured according to an hierarchical order and that allow for development and/or testing of features and/or services with respect to a cellular network may be created. The plurality of cloud-based environments may be communicatively coupled to one or more software repositories via a first plurality of pipelines. The plurality of cloud-based environments may be communicatively coupled to one or more issue monitors via a second plurality of pipelines. The plurality of cloud-based environments may be exposed to service provider systems and allowing the service provider systems to develop and/or test features and/or services with respect to the cellular network within the plurality of cloud-based environments.

simulating one or more test cases with respect to input provided by the service provider system and one or more components of the simulated cellular network;

monitoring how the simulated cellular network responds to the simulating the one or more test cases; and

exposing results of the simulating the one or more test cases within the cloud-based test environment.

3 . The system as recited in claim 2 , the operations further comprising:

using a parameter creator to communicate with the one or more components of the simulated cellular network and generate test parameters for the one or more test cases.

4 . The system as recited in claim 2 , wherein the simulating the one or more test cases comprises using a system monitor to attempt to implement network functions, and the monitoring comprises using the system monitor to monitor how the simulated cellular network responds to the network functions.

5 . The system as recited in claim 2 , wherein the simulating the one or more test cases comprises using a traffic simulator to simulate traffic on the simulated cellular network.

6 . The system as recited in claim 2 , wherein the simulating the one or more test cases comprises simulating the one or more test cases with respect to a network slice of the simulated cellular network and using a slice parameter creator to generate test parameters for the one or more test cases with respect to the network slice.

7 . The system as recited in claim 2 , wherein the cloud-based test environment is one of a plurality of cloud-based environments that are configured according to a hierarchical order and that allow for development and/or testing of features and/or services with respect to the cellular network.

8 . The system as recited in claim 2 , wherein the simulated cellular network corresponds to the one or more configurations of the cellular network that are running in production.

9 . A method comprising:

facilitating a cloud-based test environment that allows for testing of features and/or services with respect to a cellular network, wherein the cloud-based test environment is configured to provide a simulated cellular network that corresponds to one or more configurations of the cellular network;

exposing the cloud-based test environment to a service provider system and allowing the service provider system to test features and/or services within the cloud-based test environment;

simulating one or more test cases with respect to input provided by the service provider system and one or more components of the simulated cellular network;

monitoring how the simulated cellular network responds to the simulating the one or more test cases; and

exposing results of the simulating the one or more test cases within the cloud-based test environment.

10 . The method as recited in claim 9 , further comprising:

using a parameter creator to communicate with the one or more components of the simulated cellular network and generate test parameters for the one or more test cases.

11 . The method as recited in claim 9 , wherein the simulating the one or more test cases comprises using a system monitor to attempt to implement network functions, and the monitoring comprises using the system monitor to monitor how the simulated cellular network responds to the network functions.

12 . The method as recited in claim 9 , wherein the simulating the one or more test cases comprises using a traffic simulator to simulate traffic on the simulated cellular network.

13 . The method as recited in claim 9 , wherein the simulating the one or more test cases comprises simulating the one or more test cases with respect to a network slice of the simulated cellular network and using a slice parameter creator to generate test parameters for the one or more test cases with respect to the network slice.
