SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR USE OF REPLACEABLE CHAIR COVER
An embodiment of a chair cover able to removably secure a chair frame is provided. The cover has front portion, a back portion, and a mid-portion. The mid-portion has a long and short portion able to secure around the frame. The long and short portions removably secure to each other by one or more receiving feature and one or more connecting features configured to couple to one another. The front and back portions have receiving pockets configured to removably receive any of the frame portion.
1 . A chair cover assembly, comprising:
a base portion including a plurality of shaped side structures,
wherein each shaped side structure includes a top portion;
a front portion,
wherein the front portion is coupled to the base portion;
a back portion comprises a plurality of rear-side structures,
wherein the back portion is coupled to the base portion, and
wherein each rear-side structure includes a top portion; and
a cover,
wherein the cover comprises a cover back portion, a cover front portion, and a mid-portion,
wherein the mid-portion comprises a long portion and a short portion extending out perpendicularly from the mid-portion,
wherein the long portion comprises one or more receiving features, and
wherein the short portion comprises one or more connecting features.
2 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the cover comprises a material selected from a group consisting of linen, hemp, cotton, polyester, wool, silk, soy, Kevlar, modacrylic, Nomex, and spandex.
3 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the one or more receiving features is loop.
4 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the one or more connecting features is a hook.
5 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the cover back portion comprises a first receiving pocket and the cover front portion comprises a second receiving pocket.
6 . The assembly of claim 5 , wherein the first receiving pocket is configured to removably receive the top portion of each of the plurality of rear-side structures and the second receiving pocket is configured to removably receive the front portion of the base structure.
7 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the cover further comprises a storage pouch.
8 . A method for removing a chair cover, the method including:
disengaging connecting and receiving features;
separating a long portion of the chair cover from a short portion of the chair cover;
removing one or more receiving pockets of the chair cover from a chair frame.
9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the chair cover comprises a cover back portion, a cover front portion, and a mid-portion,
wherein the mid-portion comprises the long portion and the short portion extending out perpendicularly from the mid-portion,
wherein the long portion comprises the one or more receiving features, and
wherein the short portion comprises the one or more connecting features.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the cover back portion comprises a first of the one or more receiving pockets and the cover front portion comprises a second of the one or more receiving pockets.
11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the one or more receiving features comprises a loop.
12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the one or more connecting features comprises a hook.
