Abstract

An electronic device receives, from a user, a restriction that restricts how sound of a digital asset plays to non-owners of the digital asset that is tokenized as a non-fungible token (NFT). One or more electronic devices tokenize the digital asset as the NFT on a blockchain that stores the restriction how the sound of the digital asset plays to the non-owners of the NFT.

Claims (49)

1 .- 20 . (canceled)

21 . A method comprising:

storing a digital asset on a blockchain that includes a restriction how the digital asset plays in augmented reality (AR) to owners and non-owners of the digital asset; and

executing the restriction stored on the blockchain to prohibit playing of the digital asset in the AR to the non-owners of the digital asset but allowing the digital asset to be played in the AR to the owners of the digital asset.

22 . The method of claim 21 further comprising:

creating the digital asset with an artificial intelligence (AI) program; and

selecting, by the AI program, the restriction how the digital asset plays in the AR to the owners and the non-owners of the digital asset.

23 . The method of claim 21 further comprising:

executing the restriction stored on the blockchain to prohibit playing of the digital asset in three-dimensions (3D) to the non-owners of the digital asset but allowing the digital asset to be played in the 3D to the owners of the digital asset.

24 . The method of claim 21 further comprising:

receiving, at a wearable electronic device (WED) worn on a head of an owner of the digital asset, an eye command; and

spatializing the digital asset into AR images in response to receiving the eye command from the owner of the digital asset.

25 . The method of claim 21 further comprising:

receiving, at a wearable electronic device (WED) worn on a head of an owner of the digital asset, an eye command; and

spatializing the digital asset into binaural sound in response to receiving the eye command from the owner of the digital asset.

26 . The method of claim 21 further comprising:

tokenizing the digital asset into a non-fungible token (NFT) on the blockchain in response to receiving a single click on a graphical representation being displayed with a wearable electronic device (WED) worn on a head of an owner of the digital asset.

27 . The method of claim 21 further comprising:

tokenizing the digital asset as a non-fungible token (NFT) on the blockchain that stores the restriction in response to receiving an eye command at a wearable electronic device (WED) worn on a head of an owner of the digital asset.

28 . The method of claim 21 further comprising:

executing the restriction stored on the blockchain to prohibit playing of the digital asset in virtual reality (VR) to the non-owners of the digital asset but allowing the digital asset to be played in the VR to the owners of the digital asset.

29 . A method comprising:

tokenizing, with one or more electronic devices, a digital asset as a non-fungible token (NFT) on a blockchain that stores a restriction that prevents non-owners of the NFT from playing the digital asset in augmented reality (AR) but allows owners of the NFT to play the digital asset in the AR.

30 . The method of claim 29 further comprising:

executing the restriction that allows binaural sound to play to the owners of the NFT but prevents the non-owners of the NFT from hearing the binaural sound.

31 . The method of claim 29 further comprising:

executing the restriction that prevents the non-owners of the NFT from playing the digital asset as images in AR but allows the owners of the NFT to play the digital asset as the images in AR.

32 . The method of claim 29 further comprising:

creating the digital asset with an artificial intelligence (AI) program; and

selecting, by the AI program, the restriction that prevents the non-owners of the NFT from playing the digital asset in the AR but allows owners of the NFT to play the digital asset in the AR.

33 . The method of claim 29 further comprising:

receiving, at a wearable electronic device (WED) worn on a head of an owner of the digital asset, an eye command; and

tokenizing the digital asset in response to receiving the eye command from the owner of the digital asset.

34 . The method of claim 29 further comprising:

receiving, at a wearable electronic device (WED) worn on a head of an owner of the digital asset, an eye command; and

spatializing the digital asset in response to receiving the eye command from the owner of the digital asset.

35 . The method of claim 29 further comprising:

receiving, at a wearable electronic device (WED) worn on a head of an owner of the digital asset, a click on a graphical representation displayed on a display of the WED, and

wherein the WED tokenizes the digital asset as the NFT in response to receiving the click on the graphical representation displayed on the display of the WED.

36 . An electronic device comprising:

a user interface that displays a restriction that prevents a non-fungible token (NFT) from displaying in augmented reality (AR) to non-owners of the NFT but allows the NFT to display in the AR to owners of the NFT; and

a processor that executes code to store the NFT on a blockchain that includes the restriction that prevents the NFT from displaying in the AR to the non-owners of the NFT but allows the NFT to display in the AR to the owners of the NFT.

37 . The electronic device of claim 36 further comprising:

a camera that detects an eye command from an owner of the NFT, wherein the electronic device spatializes the digital asset in response to the camera detecting the eye command from the owner of the NFT.

38 . The electronic device of claim 36 further comprising:

a camera that detects an eye command from an owner of the NFT, wherein the electronic device tokenizes the digital asset in response to the camera detecting the eye command from the owner of the NFT.

39 . The electronic device of claim 36 further comprising:

a user interface that receives, from an owner of the NFT, a click to tokenize the digital asset, wherein the electronic device tokenizes the digital asset in response to the click from the owner of the NFT.

40 . The electronic device of claim 36 , wherein the restriction prevents the NFT from displaying in virtual reality (VR) to the non-owners of the NFT but allows the NFT to display in the VR to the owners of the NFT.
