Abstract

Methods and systems for executing tracking and monitoring manufacturing data of a battery are disclosed. One method includes: receiving, by a server system, sensing data of the battery from a sensing system; generating, by the server system, mapping data based on the sensing data; generating, by the server system, identification data of the battery based on the sensing data; generating, by the server system, monitoring data of the battery based on the sensing data, the identification data, and the mapping data; and generating, by the server system, display data for displaying a simulated electrode of the battery on a graphical user interface based on the monitoring data of the battery.

Claims (32)

1 . A method of tracking and monitoring manufacturing data of a battery, comprising:

assigning an identification (ID) to at least one of a unit electrode and a unit electrode assembly comprising the unit electrode; and

matching the assigned ID with process data.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the process data comprises at least one of equipment data, inspected and/or measured data, and time series data.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the ID comprises a virtual ID.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the ID comprises a physical ID.

5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the physical ID comprises at least one of an ID marked on a tab of the unit electrode, an ID attached to the tab of the unit electrode, an ID marked on the unit electrode assembly, and an ID attached to the unit electrode assembly.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the assigning the ID to at least one of a unit electrode and a unit electrode assembly comprising the unit electrode, comprising:

assigning a unit electrode ID to the unit electrode; and

assigning a unit electrode assembly ID to the unit electrode assembly.

7 . The method of claim 6 , further comprising:

matching the unit electrode ID with the unit electrode assembly ID.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the assigning the ID to at least one of the unit electrode and the unit electrode assembly comprising the unit electrode, comprising:

assigning a unit electrode ID to the unit electrode;

wherein the matching the assigned ID with the process data, comprising:

matching the unit electrode ID with the process data of a roll map generated in an electrode manufacturing process from which the unit electrode is derived.

9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the matching the unit electrode ID with the process data, comprising:

identifying the coordinate value corresponding to the unit electrode ID; and

acquiring the process data corresponding to the coordinate value from the roll map.

10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the unit electrode is a part of an electrode, wherein the assigning a unit electrode ID to the unit electrode, comprising:

assigning the unit electrode ID at each predetermined interval of the electrode; and

wherein the identifying the coordinate value corresponding to the unit electrode ID, comprising:

identifying the coordinate value based on the predetermined interval and the unit electrode ID.

11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the unit electrode is a part of an electrode,

wherein the assigning an ID to at least one of the unit electrode and a unit electrode assembly comprising the unit electrode, comprising:

assigning a virtual ID at each predetermined interval of the electrode; and

marking physical ID on a tab of the electrode.

12 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:

generating the unit electrode by cutting the electrode at the predetermined interval;

reading the physical ID; and

matching the virtual ID with the physical ID.

13 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the unit electrode assembly is one of a jelly roll type electrode assembly, a mono cell, a bi-cell, a half-cell, a folding type electrode assembly, and a stack type electrode assembly.
