Abstract

An apparatus and method for determining a command queue as a function of sensor data of a transportation device. The apparatus includes at least a processor and a memory communicatively connected to the at least a processor. The memory instructs the processor to receive dynamic telemetry data from the at least a sensor of the transportation device, generate a plurality of predefined factors as a function of a user profile, generate an assessment model configured to analyze the dynamic telemetry data, wherein analyzing the dynamic telemetry data comprises comparing the dynamic telemetry data to the plurality of predefined factors and calculating a safety score based on a comparison of the dynamic telemetry data to the plurality of predefined factors, display, using a downstream device, a command queue comprising one or more of the plurality of predefined factors as a function of the safety score.

Claims (45)

1 . An apparatus for determining a command queue as a function of sensor data of a transportation device, wherein the apparatus comprises:

the transportation device comprising at least a sensor configured to detect a signal relating to the transportation device; and

at least a computing device, wherein the computing device comprises:

a memory; and

at least a processor communicatively connected to the memory, wherein the memory contains instructions configuring the at least a processor to:

receive dynamic telemetry data from the at least a sensor of the transportation device;

generate a plurality of predefined factors and a safety score associated with the plurality of predefined factors as a function of a user profile, wherein the user profile comprises data that represents a user; and

display, using a downstream device, a command queue comprising one or more of the plurality of predefined factors as a function of the safety score, wherein each command of the command queue is customized to the user and comprises a directive to perform a task, wherein at least a command of the command queue comprises at least one task historically missed by the user, and wherein:

each command of the command queue is associated with a visual element within a graphical user interface, wherein the visual element is configured to receive user input through an interaction of the visual element; and

the safety score is dynamically updated based on the interaction, wherein the interaction comprises marking a command within the command queue as complete.

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein generating the plurality of predefined factors and the safety score comprises:

generating an assessment model configured to analyze the dynamic telemetry data,

wherein analyzing the dynamic telemetry data comprises:

comparing the dynamic telemetry data to the plurality of predefined factors.

3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the safety score comprises a compliance of the plurality of predefined factors.

4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein at least one predefined factor of the plurality of predefined factors comprises a rapid acceleration of the transportation device.

5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the command queue comprises one or more commands, and wherein at least one command of the one or more commands comprises an alert.

6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the command queue comprises one or more operations to be addressed prior to a movement of the transportation device.

7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the dynamic telemetry data comprises geospatial data.

8 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the downstream device comprises a mobile device associated with an operator of the transportation device.

9 . The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a notification system communicatively connected to the at least a processor, wherein the notification system is configured to:

transmit one or more alerts to a first communication channel of a plurality of communication channels; and

trigger predefined protocols based on the one or more alerts.

10 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the notification system is configured to prioritize the one or more alerts as a function of the safety score.

11 . A method for determining a command queue as a function of sensor data of a transportation device, wherein the method comprises:

receiving, using at least a processor, dynamic telemetry data from at least a sensor of a transportation device;

generating, use the at least a processor, a plurality of predefined factors and a safety score associated with the plurality of predefined factors as a function of a user profile,

wherein the user profile comprises data that represents a user; and

displaying, using a downstream device, a command queue comprising one or more of the plurality of predefined factors as a function of the safety score, wherein each A command of the command queue is customized to the user and comprises a directive to perform a task, wherein at least a command of the command queue comprises at least one task historically missed by the user, and wherein:

each command of the command queue is associated with a visual element within a graphical user interface, wherein the visual element is configured to receive user input through an interaction of the visual element; and

the safety score is dynamically updated based on the interaction, wherein the interaction comprises marking a command within the command queue as complete.

12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein generating, using the at least a processor, the plurality of predefined factors and the safety score comprises:

generating an assessment model configured to analyze the dynamic telemetry data,

wherein analyzing the dynamic telemetry data comprises:

comparing the dynamic telemetry data to the plurality of predefined factors.

13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the safety score comprises a compliance of the plurality of predefined factors.

14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein at least one predefined factor of the plurality of predefined factors comprises a rapid acceleration of the transportation device.

15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the command queue comprises one or more commands, and wherein at least one command of the one or more commands comprises an alert.

16 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the command queue comprises one or more operations to be addressed prior to a movement of the transportation device.

17 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the dynamic telemetry data comprises geospatial data.

18 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the downstream device comprises a mobile device associated with an operator of the transportation device.

19 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising:

transmitting, using a notification system, one or more alerts to a first communication channel of a plurality of communication channels; and

triggering predefined protocols based on the one or more alerts.

20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the notification system is configured to prioritize the one or more alerts as a function of the safety score.
