DYNAMIC TEXT MESSAGE PROCESSING IMPLEMENTING ENDPOINT COMMUNICATION CHANNEL SELECTION
The present disclosure relates generally to providing a concierge service to handle a wide variety of topics and user intents via a text messaging interface. The concierge service can be part of a connection management system that can dynamically manage and facilitate natural language conversations between a user making a request or providing an instruction and one or more endpoints for the purposes of fulfilling the request or instruction.

2 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
storing information corresponding to one or more endpoint systems, wherein an endpoint system is associated with a type of service and one or more command formats or protocols;
identifying an intent associated with one or more messages received using a chat interface, wherein the intent corresponds to a request for a type of service provided by an endpoint system;
generating instructions or prompts for information facilitating the requested service by the endpoint system;
formulating a command regarding the requested service based on the associated command formats or protocols and the information facilitating the requested service; and
transmitting the formulated command over a communication network, wherein when the formulated command is received at the endpoint system, the endpoint system executes the command to provide the requested service in accordance with the information facilitating the requested service.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein generating instructions or prompts for information includes retrieving additional data associated with the request.
4 . The method of claim 2 , wherein generating instructions or prompts for information includes collecting additional data regarding one or more of the endpoint systems.
5 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the command regarding the requested service is formulated using a concierge artificial intelligence service.
6 . The method of claim 2 , wherein formulating the command regarding the requested service is further based on a metric determined in accordance with one or more of real-time data or data learned in accordance with trained machine learning.
7 . A system comprising:
memory that stores information corresponding to one or more endpoint systems, wherein an endpoint system is associated with a type of service and one or more command formats or protocols;
a processor that executes instructions stored in memory, wherein the processor executes the instructions to:
identify an intent associated with one or more messages received using a chat interface, wherein the intent corresponds to a request for a type of service provided by an endpoint system,
generate instructions or prompts for information facilitating the requested service by the endpoint system, and
formulate a command regarding the requested service based on the associated command formats or protocols and the information facilitating the requested service; and
a communication interface that transmits the formulated command over a communication network, wherein when the formulated command is received at the endpoint system, the endpoint system executes the command to provide the requested service in accordance with the information facilitating the requested service.
8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the processor generates instructions or prompts for information by retrieving additional data associated with the request.
9 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the processor generates instructions or prompts for information by collecting additional data regarding one or more of the endpoint systems.
10 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the processor formulates the command regarding the requested service by using a concierge artificial intelligence service.
11 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the processor formulates the command regarding the requested service further based on a metric determined in accordance with one or more of real-time data or data learned in accordance with trained machine learning.
12 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, having embodied thereon a program executable by a processor to perform a method comprising:
storing information corresponding to one or more endpoint systems, wherein an endpoint system is associated with a type of service and one or more command formats or protocols;
identifying an intent associated with one or more messages received using a chat interface, wherein the intent corresponds to a request for a type of service provided by an endpoint system;
generating instructions or prompts for information facilitating the requested service by the endpoint system;
formulating a command regarding the requested service based on the associated command formats or protocols and the information facilitating the requested service; and
transmitting the formulated command over a communication network, wherein when the formulated command is received at the endpoint system, the endpoint system executes the command to provide the requested service in accordance with the information facilitating the requested service.
13 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 12 , wherein generating instructions or prompts for information includes retrieving additional data associated with the request.
14 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 12 , wherein generating instructions or prompts for information includes collecting additional data regarding one or more of the endpoint systems.
15 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 12 , wherein the command regarding the requested service is formulated using a concierge artificial intelligence service.
16 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 12 , wherein formulating the command regarding the requested service is further based on a metric determined in accordance with one or more of real-time data or data learned in accordance with trained machine learning.
