Abstract

An uplink data transmission apparatus, configured in a terminal equipment, includes: processor circuitry configured to determine hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with one configured grant (CG) occasion in at least two configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in a periodicity of a configured grant (CG) configuration, at least according to a first parameter and a second parameter; wherein the first parameter is an integer starting from 0, and the second parameter is the number of configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration; and a transmitter configured to transmit uplink data on the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion) according to determined hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion).

Claims (180)

1 . An uplink data transmission apparatus, configured in a terminal equipment, the uplink data transmission apparatus comprising:

processor circuitry configured to determine hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with one configured grant (CG) occasion in at least two configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in a periodicity of a configured grant (CG) configuration, at least according to a first parameter and a second parameter; wherein the first parameter is an integer starting from 0, and the second parameter is the number of configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration; and

a transmitter configured to transmit uplink data on the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion) according to determined hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion).

The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier is different from hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifiers associated with other configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in the at least two configured grant occasions (CG occasions) than the one configured grant (CG) occasion.

3 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , the uplink data transmission apparatus further comprising:

a receiver configured to receive indication information transmitted by a network device,

wherein the indication information at least indicates the second parameter.

4 . The apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein the indication information is configured via a radio resource control (RRC) message or is carried by a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).

5 . The apparatus according to claim 1 wherein,

the first parameter equals 0 for the first configured grant within the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration and i for the i th configured grant after the first configured grant within the same periodicity; 1≤i<K, and

the K is the number of configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration.

6 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the configured grant (CG) configuration comprises a first configured grant (CG) configuration,

wherein the configured grant (CG) is configured with neither a second offset nor a CG retransmission timer.

The apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the processor circuitry is configured to determine the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion) according to the first parameter, the second parameter and a first formula,

where, floor denotes a floor rounding operation, modulo denotes a modulo operation, CURRENT_symbol denotes a first symbol index of first configured grant occasion (CG occasion) in the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration, periodicity denotes the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration, nrofHARQ-Processes denotes the number of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes for configured grant (CG), i denotes the first parameter, and K denotes the second parameter.

8 . The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the configured grant (CG) configuration comprises a second configured grant (CG) configuration,

wherein the configured grant (CG) is configured with a second offset.

The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the processor circuitry is configured to determine the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion) according to the first parameter, the second parameter and a first formula,

10 . An uplink data reception apparatus, configured in a network device, the uplink data reception apparatus comprising:

a receiver configured to receive uplink data transmitted on one configured grant occasion (CG occasion), and

wherein hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) of the uplink data is (are) hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with the one configured grant (CG) occasion in at least two configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in a periodicity of a configured grant (CG) configuration, and is determined at least according to a first parameter and a second parameter; wherein the first parameter is an integer starting from 0, and the second parameter is the number of configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration.

The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with the one configured grant (CG) occasion is (are) different from hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifiers associated with other configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in the at least two configured grant occasions (CG occasions) than the one configured grant (CG) occasion.

12 . The apparatus according to claim 10 , the apparatus further comprising:

a transmitter configured to transmit indication information, wherein the indication information at least indicates the second parameter.

13 . The apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the indication information is configured via a radio resource control (RRC) message or is carried by a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).

14 . The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein,

the first parameter equals 0 for the first configured grant within the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration and i for the i th configured grant after the first configured grant within the same periodicity; 1 ≤i<K, and

K is the number of configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration.

15 . The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the configured grant (CG) configuration comprises a first configured grant (CG) configuration,

wherein the configured grant (CG) is configured with neither a second offset nor a CG retransmission timer.

16 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier associated with the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion) is determined according to the first parameter, the second parameter and a first formula,

wherein the first formula comprises:

the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier=[[floor (CURRENT_symbol/periodicity)]*K+i] modulo nrofHARQ-Processes, where, floor denotes a floor rounding operation, modulo denotes a modulo operation, CURRENT_Symbol denotes a first symbol index of a first configured grant occasion (CG occasion) in the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration, periodicity denotes the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration, nrofHARQ-Processes denotes the number of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes for configured grant (CG), i denotes the first parameter, and K denotes the second parameter.

17 . The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the configured grant (CG) configuration comprises a second configured grant (CG) configuration,

wherein the configured grant (CG) is configured with a second offset.

18 . The apparatus according to claim 17 , wherein the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier associated with the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion) is determined according to the first parameter, the second parameter and a first formula,

19 . A communication system, comprising:

a terminal equipment configured to determine hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with one configured grant (CG) occasion in at least two configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in a periodicity of a configured grant (CG) configuration, at least according to a first parameter and a second parameter; wherein the first parameter is an integer starting from 0, and the second parameter is the number of configured grant occasions (CG occasions) in the periodicity of the configured grant (CG) configuration, and

transmit uplink data on the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion) according to determined hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier(s) associated with the one configured grant occasion (CG occasion); and

a network device configured to receive the uplink data.
