Y is 3- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl, C 5 -C 10 aryl, or 5- to 9-membered heteroaryl, wherein the 3- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl, C 5 -C 10 aryl, or 5- to 9-membered heteroaryl is optionally substituted with one, two, or three of any of C 1 -C 6 haloalkyl, C 3 -C 8 cycloalkyl, halo, cyano, or —R 4 OR 5 .

R 2a is hydrogen, deuterium, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, halo or C 1 -C 6 haloalkyl;

44 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 43 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.

45 . A method of treating or preventing a disease or disorder, the method comprising administering to the subject a compound of claim 43 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

46 . The method of claim 45 , wherein the disease or disorder is an NLRP3-related disease or disorder.

47 . The method of claim 46 , wherein said disease, condition, or disorder is selected from the group consisting of a liver disease, a kidney disease, and a cardiovascular disease.

48 . The method according to claim 47 , wherein the disease, condition or disorder is a liver disease.

49 . The method according to claim 47 , wherein the disease, condition or disorder is a kidney disease.

50 . The method according to claim 47 , wherein the disease, condition or disorder is a cardiovascular disease.
