Abstract

A device can include a band configured to be worn by a user. The device also can include a processor disposed within the band. The processor can be configured to determine an indication of one or more conditions. The processor can be configured to receive an input from the user. The processor also can be configured to cause the device to provide an output from the band based on the indication of the one or more conditions as determined by the processor. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Claims (65)

1 . A device comprising:

a band configured to be worn by a user; and

a processor disposed within the band and configured to determine an indication of one or more conditions, wherein:

the processor is configured to receive an input from the user; and

the processor is configured to cause the device to provide an output from the band based on the indication of the one or more conditions as determined by the processor.

2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein:

the device is configured to receive a biometric input from the user; and

the processor is further configured to:

analyze the biometric input from the user to determine the one or more conditions; and

analyze one or more behavior trends of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

3 . The device of claim 1 , wherein:

the processor is further configured to:

analyze one or more behavior trends of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

4 . The device of claim 1 , wherein:

the processor is further configured to:

analyze a history of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

5 . The device of claim 1 , wherein:

the output comprises an audible input.

6 . The device of claim 1 , wherein:

the output comprises a haptic output.

7 . The device of claim 1 , further comprising:

a haptic sensor communicatively coupled to the processor.

8 . A method comprising:

providing a band configured to be worn by a user;

determining, by a processor, an indication of one or more conditions, wherein:

the processor is configured to receive an input from the user; and

the processor is configured to cause a device to provide an output from the band based on the indication of the one or more conditions as determined by the processor.

9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein:

the device is configured to receive a biometric input from the user; and

the processor is further configured to:

analyze the biometric input from the user to determine the one or more conditions; and

analyze one or more behavior trends of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein:

the processor is further configured to:

analyze one or more behavior trends of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein:

the processor is further configured to:

analyze a history of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

12 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:

receiving the input from the user through a microphone.

13 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:

transmitting an audible output for the output.

14 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:

transmitting a haptic output for the output.

15 . A system for communicating information indicative of conditions, comprising:

a band configured to be worn by a user; and

a processor disposed within the band and configured to determine an indication of one or more conditions, wherein:

the processor is configured to receive an input from the user; and

the processor is configured to cause the device to provide an output from the band based on the indication of the one or more conditions as determined by the processor.

16 . The system of claim 15 , wherein:

the device is configured to receive a biometric input from the user; and

the processor is configured to:

analyze the biometric input from the user to determine the one or more conditions; and

analyze one or more behavior trends of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

17 . The system of claim 15 , wherein:

the processor is configured to:

analyze one or more behavior trends of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

18 . The system of claim 15 , wherein:

the processor is configured to:

analyze a history of the user to determine the one or more conditions.

19 . The system of claim 15 , wherein at least one of:

the output comprises an audible input; or

the output comprises a haptic output.

20 . The system of claim 15 , further comprising:

a haptic sensor communicatively coupled to the processor.
