Abstract

A terminal apparatus includes: a receiver configured to receive first indication information being related to how the terminal apparatus judges whether to transmit an uplink transmission; processor circuitry configured to perform channel detection on a plurality of bandwidth units; and a transmitter configured to perform an uplink transmission on an uplink resource on at least one of the pluralities of bandwidth units when all bandwidth units of the plurality of bandwidth units UL BWP are detected as being idle.

Claims (44)

1 . A terminal apparatus comprising:

a receiver configured to receive first indication information being related to how the terminal apparatus judges whether to transmit an uplink transmission;

processor circuitry configured to perform channel detection on a plurality of bandwidth units; and

a transmitter configured to perform an uplink transmission on an uplink resource on at least one of the pluralities of bandwidth units when all bandwidth units of the plurality of bandwidth units UL BWP are detected as being idle.

2 . The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the processor circuitry performs, when a first bandwidth unit is selected from the plurality of bandwidth units, the channel detection on the first bandwidth unit.

3 . The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the channel detection includes a first channel detection based on random back-off on a first bandwidth unit in the plurality of bandwidth units.

4 . The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the plurality of bandwidth units is included in an uplink bandwidth part (UL BWP) or carrier.

5 . The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the receiver receives second information indicating the uplink resource,

the uplink resource is included in the plurality of bandwidth units.

6 . The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the processor circuitry selects a bandwidth unit from the plurality of bandwidth units detected as being idle, and

the transmitter performs the uplink transmission on the selected bandwidth unit.

7 . The terminal apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein

the receiver further receives third indication information relating to how the transmitter selects the bandwidth unit from the plurality of bandwidth units.

8 . The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the processor circuitry selects a bandwidth unit from the plurality of bandwidth units detected when all bandwidth units of the plurality of bandwidth units UL BWP are detected as being idle, and

the transmitter performs the uplink transmission on the selected bandwidth unit.

9 . The terminal apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein

the receiver receives a Radio Resource signaling including the first indication information.

10 . A network apparatus comprising:

a transmitter configured to transmit, to a terminal apparatus, first indication information being related to how the terminal equipment judges whether to transmit an uplink transmission;

processor circuitry configured to perform channel detection on a plurality of bandwidth units; and

a receiver configured to receive, from the terminal apparatus, an uplink transmission on an uplink resource on at least one of the pluralities of bandwidth units when all bandwidth units of the plurality of bandwidth units UL BWP are detected as being idle by performing a channel detection by the terminal apparatus.

11 . The network apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein

the channel detection includes a first channel detection based on random back-off on a first bandwidth unit in the plurality of bandwidth units.

12 . The network apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein

the plurality of bandwidth units is included in an uplink bandwidth part (UL BWP) or carrier.

13 . The network apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein

the transmitter transmits second indication information indicating an uplink resource,

the uplink resource is included in the plurality of bandwidth units.

14 . The network apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein

the transmitter transmits third indication information relating to how the terminal apparatus selects a bandwidth unit from the plurality of bandwidth units.

15 . The network apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein

the receiver receives a Radio Resource signaling including the first indication information.

16 . A communication system comprising:

a network apparatus configured to transmit first indication information being related to how the terminal equipment judges whether to transmit an uplink transmission; and

a terminal apparatus configured to:

receive the first indication information,

perform channel detection on a plurality of bandwidth units, and

perform an uplink transmission on an uplink resource on at least one of the pluralities of bandwidth units when all bandwidth units of the plurality of bandwidth units UL BWP are detected as being idle.
