A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘Docalrahopi’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit with plants eventually becoming trailing and decumbent; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; large flowers with light purple and purplish red bi-colored petals with yellowish centers; and good container and garden performance.
