Abstract

Artificial intelligence systems and methods are disclosed for generating, optimizing, and delivering player bonuses. Player related or behavioral data is processed using one or more machine learning models to compute predicted bonus response values or bonus analysis values. Embedded or encoded representations of input data may be routed through a media encoding and transcoding router configured to direct embedded representations, including non-media representations, to appropriate machine learning models or processing operations. Bonus events or bonus awards are generated based at least in part on model outputs and may include free spins, multipliers, credit awards, or triggered bonus features. Bonus generation models may be updated using reinforcement learning, supervised learning, unsupervised learning, or combinations thereof based on player interaction. Bonus details may be transmitted to the player through a gaming machine, player tracking module, mobile application, or other interface. Optional analytics engines, regulatory controls, and operational constraints may also be applied.

Claims (111)

1 . An artificial intelligence bonusing system comprising:

a non-transitory memory storing instructions; and

one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to:

direct the embedded representations to one or more machine learning models using a media encoding and transcoding router configured to dispatch encoded or embedded representations, including representations that are not media files, to machine learning models or processing operations;

generate predicted player engagement values associated with bonus events or reward opportunities using at least one machine learning model;

generate one or more bonus events or bonus awards based at least in part on the predicted player engagement values; and

transmit at least a portion of the bonus event or bonus award to the player via a player tracking module or a gaming machine including at least one of a monetary input device, a user interface, a processor, a game display, and memory.

2 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 1 , wherein the player related data includes wagering behavior, volatility preference, feature interaction history, or bonus acceptance patterns.

3 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 1 , wherein the bonus event or bonus award is delivered during an active play session of the player on a gaming machine.

4 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 1 , wherein the bonus event comprises free spins, free play, multipliers, credit awards, mystery bonuses, bonus games, pick bonuses, or triggered bonus feature entries.

5 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 1 , wherein supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning is applied.

6 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 1 , wherein bonus delivery further comprises displaying bonus information on a secondary screen, topper display, or mobile application interface.

7 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 1 , wherein analytics derived from historical bonus performance outcomes are incorporated into the model selection or bonus generation process.

8 . An artificial intelligence bonusing system comprising:

one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to:

receive behavioral indicators associated with a player;

dispatching the embedded representations to one or more machine learning models using a media encoding and transcoding router;

determining a bonus related player engagement prediction;

transmit the bonus event to the player via a player tracking module, game display or gaming machine;

monitor player interaction following presentation of the bonus event; and

update one or more machine learning models using reinforcement learning, supervised learning, unsupervised learning, or combinations thereof.

9 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 8 , wherein the behavioral indicators include dwell time, wager size, volatility preference, or bonus decline behavior.

10 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 8 , wherein the bonus event comprises a multi-stage bonus sequence.

11 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 8 , wherein the router modifies routing paths based on contextual metadata.

12 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 8 , wherein the bonus event or bonus award is delivered during an active play session of the player on a gaming machine.

13 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 8 , further comprising analytics referencing historical bonus outcomes.

14 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 8 , wherein the monitoring further comprises tracking subsequent wagering behavior for a predetermined time interval following bonus delivery.

15 . A artificial intelligence bonusing system comprising:

a non-transitory memory storing instructions; and

one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to:

generate embedded representations of player behavior data;

route the embedded representations to one or more machine learning models;

generate predicted player engagement values associated with bonus events or reward opportunities;

generate a bonus event using the predicted player engagement values;

display or gaming machine;

collect player interaction data; and

update machine learning models using reinforcement learning, supervised learning, unsupervised learning, or combinations thereof.

16 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 15 , wherein the bonus event comprises credits, multipliers, free spins, bonus games, free games, instant awards, or triggered bonus features.

17 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 15 , wherein the bonus event or bonus award is delivered during an active play session of the player on a gaming machine.

18 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 15 , wherein the gaming machine includes a game display configured to present bonus information.

19 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 15 , wherein bonus distribution is subject to responsible gaming or regulatory constraints.

20 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 15 , wherein analytics derived from prior bonus performance results are referenced.

21 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 15 , wherein the system generates multiple bonus event candidates and selects a bonus event based on ensemble model ranking or weighted scoring.

22 . An artificial intelligence bonusing system comprising:

a non-transitory memory storing instructions; and

one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to:

receive player related data;

process the player related data using one or more machine learning models to generate bonus analysis values;

generate one or more bonus events or bonus awards based at least in part on the bonus analysis values; and

transmit at least a portion of the bonus events or bonus awards to the player via a player tracking module, game display or gaming machine including at least one of a monetary input device, a user interface, a processor, a game display, and memory.

23 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 22 , wherein the bonus event or bonus award is delivered during an active play session of the player on a gaming machine.

24 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 22 , wherein the machine learning models comprise supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning models.

25 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 22 , wherein the bonus events or bonus awards include free play, free games, credit awards, multipliers, free spins, bonus games, instant awards, or loyalty bonuses.

26 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 22 , wherein transmitting comprises output to a gaming machine display or player tracking module.

27 . The artificial intelligence bonusing system of claim 22 , further comprising referencing analytics associated with historical bonus performance outcomes.

28 . A method for generating player bonuses using artificial intelligence, the method comprising:

receiving player related data;

generating embedded representations using machine learning feature extraction;

routing the representations using a media encoding and transcoding router;

generating predicted player engagement values associated with bonus events or reward opportunities using one or more machine learning models;

generating a bonus event; and

transmitting the bonus event to the player via a player tracking module, game display or gaming machine.

29 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 28 , wherein the player related data includes wagering behavior, volatility preference, or bonus response history.

30 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 28 , wherein routing comprises selecting among machine learning models based on metadata.

31 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 28 , wherein the bonus event or bonus award is delivered during an active play session of the player on a gaming machine.

32 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 28 , wherein transmitting includes output via a game display, player tracking module or mobile application.

33 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 28 , wherein operator defined constraints are applied.

34 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 28 , further comprising evaluating historical or real-time bonus performance analytics.

35 . A method for generating player bonuses using artificial intelligence, the method comprising:

receiving behavioral indicators;

encoding the indicators into embedded representations;

routing the embedded representations;

generating a bonus related player engagement prediction;

generating a bonus event;

transmitting the bonus event;

monitoring player interaction; and

updating machine learning models using reinforcement, supervised, or unsupervised learning.

36 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 35 , wherein the behavioral indicators comprise engagement duration or bonus selection patterns.

37 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 35 , wherein the bonus event comprises a multi-stage event.

38 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 35 , wherein updating modifies routing operations.

39 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 35 , wherein the bonus event or bonus award is delivered during an active play session of the player on a gaming machine.

40 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 35 , wherein analytics referencing prior bonus outcomes are accessed.

41 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 35 , wherein monitoring comprises capturing changes in wagering behavior after bonus delivery.

42 . A method for generating player bonuses using artificial intelligence, the method comprising:

generating embedded representations of player behavior data;

routing the embedded representations;

generating predicted player engagement values associated with bonus events or reward opportunities;

generating a bonus event;

transmitting the bonus event;

collecting player interaction data; and

updating machine learning models using reinforcement, supervised, or unsupervised learning.

43 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 42 , wherein the bonus event includes credit awards, free spins, bonus games, free play, free games, or promotional tokens.

44 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 42 , wherein the bonus event or bonus award is delivered during an active play session of the player on a gaming machine.

45 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 42 , wherein transmitting comprises display via a gaming machine.

46 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 42 , wherein updating utilizes distributed machine learning infrastructure.

47 . The method for generating player bonuses of claim 42 , wherein historical bonus analytics are referenced.

48 . A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when

executed by one or more processors, cause the processors to perform operations comprising:

receiving player related data;

generating embedded or encoded representations using machine learning feature extraction;

routing the representations to one or more machine learning models using a media encoding and transcoding router configured to dispatch encoded or embedded representations, including representations that are not media files, to machine learning models or processing stages;

generating predicted player engagement values associated with bonus events or reward opportunities using one or more machine learning models;

generating one or more bonus events or bonus awards based at least in part on the predicted values; and

transmitting at least a portion of the bonus events or bonus awards to the player via a player tracking module, game display or gaming machine.

49 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 48 , wherein the player related data includes wagering patterns, volatility preferences, or bonus history information.

50 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 48 , wherein routing comprises contextual model selection logic.

51 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 48 , wherein the bonus events comprise free spins, bonus games, multipliers, credit awards, or triggered feature entries.

52 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 48 , wherein transmitting comprises output via a gaming machine display, mobile application, email, or text messaging channel.

53 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 48 , wherein the machine learning models comprise supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning models.

54 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 48 , wherein the operations further comprise monitoring player interaction following bonus delivery.

55 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 48 , wherein the operations include referencing analytics associated with historical bonus performance outcomes.
