a toe plate; and

a pair of wheels; and

wherein each frame upright comprises a strap loop.

13 . The hand truck of claim 12 wherein each strap loop is attached to its respective frame upright at the same location along the length of the frame upright as one of the plurality of cross members.

14 . The hand truck of claim 12 comprising a quantity of pairs of strap anchors equal to the quantity of cross members and wherein one of each pair of strap anchors is located at the same location as a respective crossmember along the length of the frame uprights.

15 . The hand truck of claim 13 wherein each of the strap anchors has a depth and each of the cross members has a depth and the depth of the strap anchors does not exceed the depth of the cross members.

16 . The hand truck of claim 14 wherein each of the strap anchors has a depth and each of the cross members has a depth and the depth of the strap anchors does not exceed the depth of the cross members.

17 . The hand truck of claim 15 wherein the frame uprights and strap anchors are made of steel and the strap anchors are welded to the frame uprights.

18 . The hand truck of claim 16 wherein the frame uprights and strap anchors are made of steel and the strap anchors are welded to the frame uprights.
