PROJECTION SYSTEM FOR SMART RING VISUAL OUTPUT
A ring for displaying information includes a ring band. The ring also includes one or more sensors located at least partially within the ring band to detect one or more conditions. The ring further includes a processor located within the ring band and configured to analyze data to identify the one or more conditions. The ring further includes an output device communicatively coupled to the processor. The output device is configured to display a red color to indicate a first condition. The output device is also configured to display a green color to indicate a second condition. The output device is further configured to display a flash to indicate a third condition. Other embodiments are disclosed.
1 . A ring for displaying information, the ring comprising:
a ring band;
one or more sensors located at least partially within the ring band to detect one or more conditions;
a processor located within the ring band and configured to analyze data to identify the one or more conditions; and
an output device communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein the output device is configured to display:
a red color to indicate a first condition;
a green color to indicate a second condition; and
a flash to indicate a third condition.
2 . The ring of claim 1 , wherein the first condition comprises a pulse rate above a maximum pulse rate threshold.
3 . The ring of claim 1 , wherein the second condition comprises a pulse rate between a maximum pulse rate threshold and a minimum pulse rate threshold.
4 . The ring of claim 1 , wherein the third condition comprises a driving condition.
5 . The ring of claim 1 , wherein the output device is configured to indicate a low battery level of the ring.
6 . The ring of claim 1 , wherein the output device is configured to display information based on a physical orientation of the ring.
7 . The ring of claim 1 , wherein the output device is configured to illuminate a light emitting diode (LED) in a pattern.
8 . The ring of claim 1 , wherein the output device comprises a projector.
9 . A method of displaying information, comprising:
providing a ring band;
providing one or more sensors located at least partially within the ring band to detect one or more conditions;
providing a processor located within the ring band and configured to analyze data to identify the one or more conditions; and
providing an output device communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein the output device is configured to display:
a red color to indicate a first condition;
a green color to indicate a second condition; and
a flash to indicate a third condition.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the first condition comprises a pulse rate above a maximum pulse rate threshold.
11 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the output device is configured to indicate a low battery level of the ring.
12 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the output device is configured to display information based on a physical orientation of the ring.
13 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the output device is configured to illuminate a light emitting diode (LED) in a pattern.
14 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the output device comprises a projector.
15 . One or more non-transitory computer-readable media comprising computing instructions that, when executed on one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
receiving one or more conditions from one or more sensors located at least partially within a ring band;
analyzing, by the one or more processors, data to identify the one or more conditions; and
causing an output device communicatively coupled to the processor to display:
a red color to indicate a first condition;
a green color to indicate a second condition; and
a flash to indicate a third condition.
16 . The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media of claim 15 , wherein the first condition comprises a pulse rate above a maximum pulse rate threshold.
17 . The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media of claim 15 , wherein the output device is configured to indicate a low battery level of the ring.
18 . The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media of claim 15 , wherein the output device is configured to display information based on a physical orientation of the ring.
19 . The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media of claim 15 , wherein the output device is configured to illuminate a light emitting diode (LED) in a pattern.
20 . The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media of claim 15 , wherein the output device comprises a projector.
