Interactive User Interface And Optimized Health Plan Ranking
A computing system can obtain health record data of a user from a number of health record sources, and generate, on a computing device of the user, an interactive user interface comprising prepopulated data based on the health record data. Based on interactions by the user on the interactive user interface, the system can receive input data from the computing device of the user, the input data corresponding to health-related information provided by the user. Based on at least one of the health record data or the input data, the system can generate a set of health outcome predictions for the user, and based on the set of health outcome predictions, the input data, and the health record data, the system can generate a set of health care plan rankings for the user.

21 . A method for verifying user health records, the method comprising:
communicating, over one or more networks, with I) one or more health record computing systems, II) a computing device of a user, and III) one or more databases having a collection of medical records stored thereon;
obtaining, from the one or more health record computing systems over at least one first network of the one or more networks, multiple health records of the user,
wherein the multiple health records of the user are obtained in a non-standardized format utilizing multiple coding protocols, the multiple coding protocols including two or more of procedural codes, diagnostic codes, treatment codes, prescription codes, provider codes, or any combination thereof;
translating the multiple health records of the user from the non-standardized format to a standardized natural language format;
storing, in the collection of health records on the one or more databases via at least one second network of the one or more networks, the multiple health records of the user in the standardized format;
initiating a health record verification process on the computing device of the user via at least one third network of the one or more networks, wherein the initiating the health record verification process causes the computing device of the user to:
display, on a user interface, the multiple health records in the standardized natural language format; and
prompt the user to individually verify or dispute the multiple health records on the user interface;
obtaining first input, from the user computing device over the at least one third network, indicating that the user does not recall a health record of the multiple health records;
based on the obtained first input indicating that the user does not recall the health record, dynamically modifying the user interface provided to the computing device of the user over the at least one third network to include contextual data related to the health record;
subsequent to modifying the user interface to include the contextual data related to the health record, obtaining second input from the user computing device over the at least one third network, the second input including a confirmation, an amendment, or a dispute of the health record; and
updating the health record based on the confirmation, the amendment, or the dispute of the health record.

The method of claim 21 , wherein the contextual data includes multiple multi-modal memory triggers, the multi-modal memory triggers including two or more of A) a first image of a prescription identified in the health record, B) a second image of a health care facility identified in the health record, C) a third image of a medical provider identified in the health record, D) a location identified in the health record, E) a description of a health issue identified in the health record, F) a date identified in the health record, G) a name of the health care facility identified in the health record, H) a name of a pharmacy identified in the health record, or I) any combination thereof.
23 . The method of claim 21 , wherein dynamically modifying the user interface includes augmenting display of the health record with the contextual data.
24 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the second input includes the dispute of the health record, and wherein the updating the health record based on the dispute of the health record includes removing the health record from the collection of health records stored on the one or more databases.
25 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the second input includes the confirmation of the health record, and wherein the updating the health record based on the confirmation includes storing, on the one or more databases over the at least one second network, the health record in a set of verified health records of the user.
26 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the second input includes the amendment of the health record, wherein the updating the health record based on the amendment includes modifying the health record according to the amendment, and storing, on the one or more databases over the at least one second network, the modified health record in a set of verified health records of the user.
27 . The method of claim 21 , further comprising:
identifying the health record as anomalous,
wherein the displaying the multiple health records includes displaying a flag indicative of an anomaly relative to the health record.
28 . The method of claim 27 , wherein the identifying the health record as anomalous includes determining that the health record is inconsistent with other health records of the multiple health records.
29 . The method of claim 27 , wherein the identifying the health record as anomalous includes determining that the health record includes a procedure and/or prescription that does not relate to a diagnosis and/or a treatment of the user in another health record of the multiple health records.
30 . The method of claim 29 , wherein the other health record is included in a set of verified health records of the user.
31 . The method of claim 21 ,
wherein the second input includes the dispute of the health record, and
wherein the method further comprises:
automatically populating a dispute query related to the health record; and
transmitting the dispute query to a health record computing system associated with the health record over at least one of the one or more first networks, the health record computing system being one of the one or more health record computing systems;
wherein the updating the health record based on the dispute of the health record includes recording an indication of the dispute of the health record in the collection of health records.
32 . A computer-readable storage medium storing instructions for verifying user health records, wherein the instructions, when executed by a computing system, cause the computing system to:
communicate, over one or more networks, with I) one or more health record computing systems, II) a computing device of a user, and III) one or more databases having a collection of medical records stored thereon;
obtain, from the one or more health record computing systems over at least one first network of the one or more networks, multiple health records of the user,
wherein the multiple health records of the user are obtained in a non-standardized format utilizing multiple coding protocols, the multiple coding protocols including two or more of procedural codes, diagnostic codes, treatment codes, prescription codes, provider codes, or any combination thereof;
translate the multiple health records of the user from the non-standardized format to a standardized natural language format;
store, in the collection of health records on the one or more databases via at least one second network of the one or more networks, the multiple health records of the user in the standardized format;
initiate a health record verification process on the computing device of the user via at least one third network of the one or more networks, wherein the initiating the health record verification process causes the computing device of the user to:
display, on a user interface, the multiple health records in the standardized natural language format; and
prompt the user to individually verify or dispute the multiple health records on the user interface;
obtain first input, from the user computing device over the at least one third network, indicating that the user does not recall a health record of the multiple health records;
based on the obtained first input indicating that the user does not recall the health record, dynamically modify the user interface provided to the computing device of the user over the at least one third network to include contextual data related to the health record;
subsequent to modifying the user interface to include the contextual data related to the health record, obtain second input from the user computing device over the at least one third network, the second input including a confirmation, an amendment, or a dispute of the health record; and
update the health record based on the confirmation, the amendment, or the dispute of the health record.

The computer-readable storage medium of claim 32 , wherein the contextual data includes multiple multi-modal memory triggers, the multi-modal memory triggers including two or more of A) a first image of a prescription identified in the health record, B) a second image of a health care facility identified in the health record, C) a third image of a medical provider identified in the health record, D) a location identified in the health record, E) a description of a health issue identified in the health record, F) a date identified in the health record, G) a name of the health care facility identified in the health record, H) a name of a pharmacy identified in the health record, or I) any combination thereof.
34 . The computer-readable storage medium of claim 32 , wherein dynamically modifying the user interface includes augmenting display of the health record with the contextual data.

The computer-readable storage medium of claim 32 , wherein the second input includes the dispute of the health record, and wherein the updating the health record based on the dispute of the health record includes removing the health record from the collection of health records stored on the one or more databases.

The computer-readable storage medium of claim 32 , wherein the second input includes the confirmation of the health record, and wherein the updating the health record based on the confirmation includes storing, on the one or more databases over the at least one second network, the health record in a set of verified health records of the user.
37 . A computing system for verifying user health records, the computing system comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more memories storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computing system to:
communicate, over one or more networks, with I) one or more health record computing systems, II) a computing device of a user, and III) one or more databases having a collection of medical records stored thereon;
obtain, from the one or more health record computing systems over at least one first network of the one or more networks, multiple health records of the user,
wherein the multiple health records of the user are obtained in a non-standardized format utilizing multiple coding protocols, the multiple coding protocols including two or more of procedural codes, diagnostic codes, treatment codes, prescription codes, provider codes, or any combination thereof;
translate the multiple health records of the user from the non-standardized format to a standardized natural language format;
store, in the collection of health records on the one or more databases via at least one second network of the one or more networks, the multiple health records of the user in the standardized format;
initiate a health record verification process on the computing device of the user via at least one third network of the one or more networks, wherein the initiating the health record verification process causes the computing device of the user to:
display, on a user interface, the multiple health records in the standardized natural language format; and
prompt the user to individually verify or dispute the multiple health records on the user interface;
obtain first input, from the user computing device over the at least one third network, indicating that the user does not recall a health record of the multiple health records;
based on the obtained first input indicating that the user does not recall the health record, dynamically modify the user interface provided to the computing device of the user over the at least one third network to include contextual data related to the health record;
subsequent to modifying the user interface to include the contextual data related to the health record, obtain second input from the user computing device over the at least one third network, the second input including a confirmation, an amendment, or a dispute of the health record; and
update the health record based on the confirmation, the amendment, or the dispute of the health record.
38 . The computing system of claim 37 , wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the computing system to:
identify the health record as anomalous,
wherein the displaying the multiple health records includes displaying a flag indicative of an anomaly relative to the health record.
39 . The computing system of claim 38 , wherein the identifying the health record as anomalous includes determining that the health record is inconsistent with other health records of the multiple health records.

The computing system of claim 38 , wherein the identifying the health record as anomalous includes determining that the health record includes a procedure and/or prescription that does not relate to a diagnosis and/or a treatment of the user in another health record of the multiple health records.
