A new and distinct Campanula cultivar named ‘USCAMP10’ is disclosed, characterized by vigorous plant growth, dark, violet-blue flowers and a long flowering period. The new variety is a Campanula , normally produced as an outdoor ornamental plant for containers or gardens.
