Abstract

This invention provides compounds of Formula 1, their N-oxides and agriculturally suitable salts wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4a , R 4b and R 5 are as defined in the disclosure. Also disclosed are methods for controlling invertebrate pests comprising contacting the invertebrate pests or their environment with a biologically effective amount of a compound of Formula 1 or a composition comprising a compound of Formula 1.

Claims (21)

1. A compound of Formula 2

wherein

R 1 is CH 3 , F, Cl or Br;

R 2 is F, Cl, Br, or CF 3 ;

R 3 is CF 3 , Cl, Br or OCH 2 CF 3 ; and

R 5 is Cl or Br.

2. The compound of claim 1 wherein R 1 is CH 3 , Cl or Br; and

R 3 is CF 3 , Cl or Br.

3. The compound of claim 1 wherein R 5 is Cl.

4. The compound of claim 3 wherein R 2 is Cl or Br.

5. The compound of claim 4 wherein R 1 is CH 3 .

6. The compound of claim 4 wherein R 1 is Cl.

7. The compound of claim 1 selected from the group consisting of:

the compound of Formula 2 wherein R 1 is CH 3 , R 2 is Br, R 3 is CF 3 and R 5 is Cl;

the compound of Formula 2 wherein R 1 is CH 3 , R 2 is Br, R 3 is Br and R 5 is Cl;

the compound of Formula 2 wherein R 1 is CH 3 , R 2 is Br, R 3 is Cl and R 5 is Cl;

the compound of Formula 2 wherein R 1 is CH 3 , R 2 is Cl, R 3 is CF 3 and R 5 is Cl;

the compound of Formula 2 wherein R 1 is CH 3 , R 2 is Cl, R 3 is Br and R 5 is Cl;

the compound of Formula 2 wherein R 1 is CH 3 , R 2 is Cl, R 3 is Cl and R 5 is Cl;

the compound of Formula 2 wherein R 1 is CH 3 , R 2 is Cl, R 3 is OCH 2 CF 3 and R 5 is Cl; and

the compound of Formula 2 wherein R 1 is Cl, R 2 is Cl, R 3 is Br and R 5 is Cl.
