Abstract

DIG-10 Cry toxins, polynucleotides encoding such toxins, use of such toxins to control pests, and transgenic plants that produce such toxins are disclosed.

Claims (4)

1. An isolated polypeptide comprising SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO:5,

or an insecticidally active fragment thereof.

2. An isolated polynucleotide that comprises SEQ ID NO:1 or SEQ ID NO:3, wherein said polynucleotide is operably linked to a heterologous promotor.

3. An isolated polynucleotide that encodes the polypeptide of claim 1 wherein said polynucleotide is operably linked to a heterologous promoter.
