3. A method of treating a disease or condition treatable with an increased amount of circulating growth hormone comprising administering an effective amount of the growth hormone conjugate of claim 1 to a patient in need thereof.
4. The method of claim 3 wherein the disease or condition is selected from the group consisting of growth hormone deficiency (GHD), Turner Syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS), Noonan syndrome and idiopathic short stature (ISS).
