Food production line
The present invention relates to a food production line ( 11 ) with a forming apparatus ( 5 ) that comprises a rotating drum ( 1 ), which is utilized to form a product ( 7 ) from a food mass and a packaging machine ( 13 ), which packages the products in a packaging ( 14 ). The present invention further relates to a process for forming a product, whereas several products are formed and subsequently dropped simultaneously from a drum on an accumulation belt.
1. A food production line with a forming apparatus that comprises:
a rotating drum with a multitude of cavities around its circumference, which is utilized to form a product from a food mass, and
a packaging machine, which packages the product in a packaging,
wherein the cavities are at least partially made from a porous material, through which air is injected to remove the product from the cavities,
wherein the product drops from the cavities directly into the packaging, and
wherein the food production line comprises an interleaver storage and an interleaver carriage to provide an interleaver under and/or between two products.
2. The food production line according to claim 1 , wherein the packaging is located on a transportation belt.
3. The food production line according to claim 2 , wherein a height of the transportion belt is adjustable.
4. The food production line according to claim 2 , wherein a position of the transportion belt is horizontally adjustable relative to the drum.
5. The food production line according to claim 2 , wherein the transportation belt stands still when the product drops from the cavities.
6. The food production line according to claim 1 , wherein the packaging is located on a transportation belt, and the transportation belt stands still when the product drops from the cavities.
7. The food production line according to claim 1 , wherein the packaging is moved on a transportation belt parallel to an axis of rotation of the drum.
8. A food production line with a forming apparatus that comprises:
a rotating drum with a multitude of cavities around its circumference, which is utilized to form a product from a food mass, and
a packaging machine, which packages the product in a packaging,
wherein the cavities are at least partially made from a porous material, through which air is injected to remove the product from the cavities,
wherein the product drops from the cavities directly into the packaging,
wherein at least two products are stacked or shingled in the packaging, and
wherein the food production line comprises an interleaver storage and an interleaver carriage to provide an interleaver under and/or between two products.
9. The food production line according to claim 8 , wherein the packaging is located on a transportation belt,
wherein a height of the transportion belt is adjustable, and
wherein a position of the transportion belt is horizontally adjustable relative to the drum.
10. The food production line according to claim 8 , wherein the packaging is moved parallel to an axis of rotation of the drum.
11. A food production line with a forming apparatus that comprises:
a rotating drum with a multitude of cavities around its circumference, which is utilized to form a product from a food mass, and
a packaging machine, which packages the product in a packaging,
wherein the cavities are at least partially made from a porous material, through which air is injected to remove the product from the cavities,
wherein the cavities are arranged in parallel in a row,
wherein the product drops from the cavities directly into the packaging, and
wherein the food production line comprises an interleaver storage and an interleaver carriage to provide an interleaver under and/or between two products.
12. The food production line according to claim 11 , wherein the packaging is located on a transportation belt,
wherein a height of the transportion belt is adjustable, and
wherein a position of the transportion belt is horizontally adjustable relative to the drum.
13. The food production line according to claim 11 , wherein the packaging is moved on a transportation belt parallel to an axis of rotation of the drum.
14. A food production line with a forming apparatus that comprises:
a rotating drum with a multitude of cavities around its circumference, which is utilized to form a product from a food mass, and
a packaging machine, which packages the product in a packaging,
wherein the cavities are at least partially made from a porous material, through which air is injected to remove the product from the cavities,
wherein the cavities are arranged in parallel in a row,
wherein the product drops from the cavities directly into the packaging,
wherein at least two products are stacked or shingled in the packaging,
wherein the food production line comprises an interleaver storage and an interleaver carriage to provide an interleaver under and/or between two products.
15. The food production line according to claim 14 , wherein the packaging is located on a transportation belt, and
wherein a height of the transportion belt is adjustable.
16. The food production line according to claim 15 , wherein wherein a position of the transportion belt is horizontally adjustable relative to the drum.
17. The food production line according to claim 14 , wherein the packaging is moved parallel to an axis of rotation of the drum.
