Abstract

According to one embodiment, a transparent conductor includes a transparent substrate; a metal nanowire layer disposed on the transparent substrate and including a plurality of metal nanowires; a graphene oxide layer covering the metal nanowire layer; and an electrical insulating resin layer disposed in contact with the graphene oxide layer.

Claims (15)

1. A transparent conductor comprising:

a transparent substrate;

a metal nanowire layer disposed on the transparent substrate and comprising a plurality of metal nanowires, the metal nanowires comprising fused metal nanowires;

a first graphene oxide layer covering the metal nanowire layer;

an electrical insulating resin layer disposed in contact with the graphene oxide layer, and

further comprising a second graphene oxide layer interposed between the transparent substrate and the metal nanowire layer.

2. The transparent conductor according to claim 1 , wherein a stack comprising the metal nanowire layer, the first and second graphene oxide layers, and the electrical insulating resin layer has a patterned form.

3. The transparent conductor according to claim 1 , wherein the first and second graphene oxide layers comprises metal nanoparticles therein or thereon.

4. The transparent conductor according to claim 1 , wherein the metal nanowires are silver nanowires.

5. The transparent conductor according to claim 1 , wherein the electrical insulating resin layer comprises a resin having a polar group.

6. A transparent conductor comprising:

a transparent substrate;

a metal nanowire layer disposed on the transparent substrate and comprising a plurality of metal nanowires, the metal nanowires comprising fused silver nanowires;

a graphene oxide layer covering the metal nanowire layer and comprising metal nanoparticles therein or thereon, the metal nanoparticles being made of silver; and

an electrical insulating resin layer disposed in contact with the graphene oxide layer.
