5-substituted isoindoline compounds
View Patent ↗This invention relates to 5-substituted isoindoline compounds, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, stereoisomers, and prodrugs thereof. Methods of use, and pharmaceutical compositions of these compounds are disclosed.
1. A compound of formula (III):
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, stereoisomer, or prodrug thereof, wherein:
X is CH 2 or C═O;
Y is O or S;
R 10 is:
(C 1 -C 10 )alkyl; (C 1 -C 10 )alkoxy;
(C 0 -C 10 )alkyl-(5 to 10 membered heteroaryl or heterocycle), said heteroaryl or heterocycle optionally substituted with one or more of (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl, itself substituted with one or more halogen; halogen; oxo; (C 1 -C 6 )alkoxy, itself substituted with one or more halogen; or —Z—(C 1 -C 6 )alkyl, wherein Z is S or SO 2 , and wherein said (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl may be optionally substituted with one or more halogen;
(C 0 -C 10 )alkyl-(5 to 10 membered aryl), said aryl optionally substituted with one or more of: halogen; (C 1 -C 6 )alkoxy, itself optionally substituted with one or more halogen; (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl, itself optionally substituted with one or more halogen; or —Z—(C 1 -C 6 )alkyl, wherein Z is S or SO 2 , and wherein said (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl may be optionally substituted with one or more halogen; or
(C 1 -C 6 )alkyl-CO—O—R 12 , wherein R 12 is H or (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl; and
R H is H or (C 1 -C 6 )alkyl.
2. The compound of claim 1 , which is:
3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 .
4. A single unit dosage form comprising a compound of claim 1 .
5. The single unit dosage form of claim 4 , which is suitable for oral or parenteral administration.
