Lancet-integrated sensor, measuring device for lancet-integrated sensor, and cartridge

1. A measuring device for performing a lancet-integrated sensor that is formed by integrating a lancet for lancing skin to collect bodily fluid and a sensor for analyzing the collected bodily fluid wherein:

said measuring device comprises:

a holder attachment part at a fixed location on a side surface thereof, said holder attachment part having an opening that communicates the outside of said measuring device with a cavity inside of said measuring device through said holder attachment part and said side surface;

a tubular shaped holder body that has a passage therein that receives and guides the lancet-integrated sensor; and

connecting structure on said tubular shaped holder body and said holder attachment part such that said tubular shaped holder body is detachably attached to said holder attachment part on said side surface of said measuring device;

said opening of said holder attachment part has a laterally elongate rectangular shape;

said holder attachment part has smaller opening that extend outwardly in a lateral direction in the vicinities of center of two shorter sides of said rectangular shape;

said tubular shaped holder body comprises a peripheral edge part that extends along said side surface;

said tubular shaped holder body comprises hinge-shaped stoppers provided in portions of said peripheral edge part that correspond to said smaller openings;

said hinge-shaped stoppers comprises band-shaped elastic members that extend in a direction of insertion of the lancet-integrated sensor into said tubular shaped holder body and then bend outward in a 180 degree bend; and

said tubular shaped holder body has a structure such that said tubular shaped holder body holds the lancet-integrated sensor and so that the lancet-integrated sensor is movable in said tubular shaped holder body when lancing is performed.

2. The measuring device of claim 1 , wherein:

said smaller openings have shapes that are asymmetrically formed with respect to one of two perpendicular directions lying in a plane normal to a direction of insertion of the lancet-integrated sensor through said tubular shaped holder body;

said hinge-shaped stoppers also have shapes that are asymmetrically formed with respect to said one of the two perpendicular directions; and

attachment of said tubular shaped holder body to said holder attachment part is possible only when said smaller openings and said hinge-shaped stoppers are aligned in a single position of rotation of said tubular shaped holder body about the direction of insertion.

The measuring device of claim 1 , wherein each of said hinge-shaped stoppers has a clip member at a front end of said band-shaped elastic member, said clip member is thicker than said elastic member and said clip member positions said tubular shaped holder body in said opening when said tubular shaped holder body is attached to said holder attachment member.
