Systems and methods for providing punchouts of videos
Multiple punchouts of a video may be presented based on multiple viewing windows. The video may include visual content having a field of view. Multiple viewing windows may be determined for the video, with individual viewing window defining a set of extents of the visual content. Different punchouts of the visual content may be presented based on the different viewing windows. Individual punchout of the visual content may include the set of extents of the visual content defined by corresponding viewing window.
1 . A system for providing multiple video punchouts, the system comprising:
one or more physical processors configured by machine-readable instructions to:
obtain a video, the video including visual content captured by an image capture device;
determine multiple viewing windows for the visual content to provide different punchouts of spatial extents of the visual content based on multiple criteria, the multiple viewing windows for the visual content enabling presentation of the visual content to include the different punchouts of the spatial extents of the visual content, wherein the multiple viewing windows for the visual content include a first viewing window to provide a first punchout of a first spatial extent of the visual content in a direction of motion of the image capture device during capture of the visual content; and
store the presentation of the visual content that includes the different punchouts of the spatial extents of the visual content.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein a viewing direction of the first viewing window follows the direction of motion of the image capture device.
3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the viewing direction of the first viewing window following the direction of motion of the image capture device includes the viewing direction being along or parallel to the direction of motion of the image capture device.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the direction of motion of the image capture device includes a direction of forward motion of the image capture device.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein a viewing size of the first viewing window is determined based on user input or a speed of motion of the image capture device.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the multiple criteria used to determine the multiple viewing windows for the visual content are set based on user input.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the multiple viewing windows for the visual content further include a second viewing window to provide a second punchout of a second spatial extent of the visual content that includes a face.
8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the face included in the second spatial extent of the visual content includes a face closest to the image capture device during capture of the visual content.
9 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the multiple criteria used to determine the multiple viewing windows for the visual content are set based on operation of the image capture device in a selfie-and-motion mode.
10 . A method for providing multiple video punchouts, the method performed by a computing system including one or more processors, the method comprising:
obtaining, by the computing system, a video, the video including visual content captured by an image capture device;
determining, by the computing system, multiple viewing windows for the visual content to provide different punchouts of spatial extents of the visual content based on multiple criteria, the multiple viewing windows for the visual content enabling presentation of the visual content to include the different punchouts of the spatial extents of the visual content, wherein the multiple viewing windows for the visual content include a first viewing window to provide a first punchout of a first spatial extent of the visual content in a direction of motion of the image capture device during capture of the visual content; and
storing, by the computing system, the presentation of the visual content that includes the different punchouts of the spatial extents of the visual content.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein a viewing direction of the first viewing window follows the direction of motion of the image capture device.

13 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the direction of motion of the image capture device includes a direction of forward motion of the image capture device.
14 . The method of claim 10 , wherein a viewing size of the first viewing window is determined based on user input or a speed of motion of the image capture device.
15 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the multiple criteria used to determine the multiple viewing windows for the visual content are set based on user input.
16 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the multiple viewing windows for the visual content further include a second viewing window to provide a second punchout of a second spatial extent of the visual content that includes a face.
17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the face included in the second spatial extent of the visual content includes a face closest to the image capture device during capture of the visual content.
18 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the multiple criteria used to determine the multiple viewing windows for the visual content are set based on operation of the image capture device in a selfie-and-motion mode.
19 . A system for providing multiple video punchouts, the system comprising:
