SYSTEMS AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING VIDEO ON DEMAND IN AN INTELLIGENT TELEVISION
An intelligent television receives, by an intelligent television panel manager, an input event dispatched by a connected device for a user of the intelligent television. The intelligent television panel manager accesses intelligent television settings to selectively display a notifications panel on a screen of the intelligent television with one or more notifications enabled by the event. In response to a notification being selected by one or more connected controllers, an action is enabled by predetermined settings for the connected device.
1 . An intelligent television comprising:
a memory operable to store application data;
a processor in communication with the memory, the processor operable to:
receive, by an intelligent television panel manager, an input event dispatched by a connected device for a user of the intelligent television,
the intelligent television panel manager, access intelligent television settings to selectively display a notifications panel on a screen of the intelligent television with one or more notifications enabled by the event, and
in response to a notification being selected by one or more connected controllers, execute an action enabled by predetermined settings for the connected device.
2 . The intelligent television as defined in claim 1 , wherein identifying predetermined settings for the connected device are associated with recognition of the user.
3 . The intelligent television as defined in claim 1 , wherein the event includes motion detection indications from a connected camera settings of the intelligent television.
4 . The intelligent television of claim 3 , wherein on selection of the motion detection, the intelligent television interfaces with a security system.
5 . The intelligent television as defined in claim 1 , wherein the event includes sound detection indications from a connected microphone settings of the intelligent television.
6 . The intelligent television as defined in claim 1 , wherein the event includes door/gate controller indications from alarm settings of the intelligent television.
7 . The intelligent television defined in claim 6 , wherein a door/gate alarm is displayed on the screen of the intelligent television automatically by predetermined security settings on the intelligent television.
8 . The intelligent television as defined in claim 1 , wherein the event includes temperature alert indications from a connected refrigerator settings of the intelligent television.
9 . The intelligent television as defined in claim 8 , wherein a refrigerator thermostat is adjusted automatically by predetermined security settings on the intelligent television.
10 . The intelligent television as defined in claim 1 , wherein indication and selection user interactions are input with a handheld remote control provided by the intelligent television.
11 . The intelligent television as defined in claim 1 , wherein indication and selection user interactions with the intelligent television are input by a touchscreen remote application provided by the intelligent television on an intelligent phone.
12 . A method for managing data associated with an intelligent television, the method comprising:
receiving by an intelligent television panel manager, an input event dispatched by a connected device for a user of the intelligent television,
the intelligent television panel manager, accessing intelligent television settings to selectively display a notifications panel on a screen of the intelligent television with one or more notifications enabled by the event, and
in response to a notification being selected by one or more connected controllers, executing an action enabled by predetermined settings for the connected device.
13 . The method as defined in claim 12 , wherein identifying predetermined settings for the connected device are associated with recognition of the user.
14 . The method as defined in claim 12 , wherein the event includes motion detection indications from a connected camera settings of the intelligent television.
15 . The method of claim 14 , wherein on selection of the motion detection, the intelligent television interfaces with a security system.
16 . The method as defined in claim 12 , wherein the event includes sound detection indications from a connected microphone settings of the intelligent television.
17 . The method as defined in claim 12 , wherein the event includes door/gate controller indications from alarm settings of the intelligent television.
18 . The method defined in claim 17 , wherein a door/gate alarm is displayed on the screen of the intelligent television automatically by predetermined security settings on the intelligent television.
19 . The method as defined in claim 12 , wherein the event includes temperature alert indications from a connected refrigerator settings of the intelligent television.
20 . The method as defined in claim 19 , wherein a refrigerator thermostat is adjusted automatically by predetermined security settings on the intelligent television.
21 . The method as defined in claim 12 , wherein indication and selection user interactions with the intelligent television are input with a handheld remote control provided by the intelligent television.
22 . The method as defined in claim 21 , wherein indication and selection user interactions with the intelligent television are input by an touchscreen application provided by the intelligent television on an intelligent phone.
