Compositions for regulation of tumor necrosis factor-alpha
View Patent ↗The present invention relates to compositions relating a nucleic acid encoding an interleukin 18-inducible cytokine termed tumor necrosis factor-alpha inducing factor (TAIF) or interleukin-32 (IL-32). In particular, the present invention provides vectors for expressing proteins useful for treating autoimmune diseases and cancer, in part by regulation of tumor necrosis factor-alpha expression.
1. An isolated nucleic acid comprising SEQ ID NO:15.
2. The nucleic acid of claim 1 , wherein said nucleic acid comprises SEQ ID NO:3.
3. The nucleic acid of any one of claims 1 or 2 , wherein said nucleic acid is operably linked to a heterologous promoter.
4. A vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 3 .
5. A host cell comprising the vector of claim 4 .
