Abstract

Purified genes encoding a cytokine or composite cytokine from a mammal, reagents related thereto including purified proteins, specific antibodies, and nucleic acids encoding these molecules are provided. Methods of using said reagents and diagnostic kits are also provided.

Claims (3)

1. An isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.

2. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide is chemically modified.

3. The isolated polypeptide of claim 2 , wherein the chemical modification is glycosylation or phosphorylation.
