COMPARTMENTALIZED VACUUM-PACKED DIAPER KIT

1 . A diaper kit, comprising:

(a) a compressible unused diaper;

(b) a diaper accessory; and

(c) an air impermeable encasement;

(d) wherein said compressible diaper is vacuum-sealed within a first interior space of a first compartment of said air impermeable encasement, and said diaper accessory is contained within a second interior space of a second compartment of said air impermeable encasement.

2 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said diaper accessory includes moist wipes.

3 . The diaper kit of claim 2 , wherein said moist wipes are prepackaged within a moisture impermeable encasement.

4 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said diaper accessory is not vacuum-sealed within said second interior space of said second compartment.

5 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said diaper kit is pocket sized.

6 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said diaper accessory is vacuum-sealed within said second interior space of said second compartment.

7 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said encasement is formed from a flexible material.

8 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said encasement comprises at least a portion thereof that is transparent such that said diaper is viewable through said encasement.

9 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said vacuum-sealed diaper includes printed indicia thereon, and wherein said vacuum-sealed diaper is arranged within said first interior space of said first compartment such that said printed indicia is visible through a transparent portion of said encasement.

10 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein a pressure within said first interior space of said first compartment is on the order of magnitude of millibars.

11 . The diaper kit of claim 10 , wherein said pressure is between about 5 millibars and about 1 millibar.

12 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said diaper is the only diaper disposed within said first compartment of said encasement.

13 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said diaper vacuum-sealed within said first compartment includes a fold along a lengthwise aspect of said diaper in its nominal configuration.

14 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein said diaper is sized for an incontinent adult.

15 . The diaper kit of claim 1 , wherein a seam formed in said encasement separates and defines said first compartment from said second compartment of said encasement.

16 . The diaper kit of claim 15 , wherein said encasement further comprises a third compartment having a third interior space in which a diaper accessory is disposed.

17 . A vacuum-packed diaper, comprising:

(a) a compressible unused diaper;

(b) a first diaper accessory;

(c) a second diaper accessory; and

(c) an air impermeable encasement;

(d) wherein said compressible diaper is vacuum-sealed within a first compartment of said encasement, said first diaper accessory is contained within a second compartment of said encasement, and said second diaper accessory is contained within a third compartment of said encasement.

18 . The vacuum-packed diaper of claim 18 , wherein said encasement comprises a flexible material, and seams formed in said flexible material define said first, second, and third compartments such that said diaper, said first diaper accessory, and said second diaper accessory are isolated from each other.

19 . A vacuum-packed kit for changing a diaper, comprising:

(a) a plurality of components, one of said components including a diaper accessory; and

(b) an air impermeable encasement having first and second separate compartments;

(c) wherein said diaper accessory is disposed within said first compartment and a second said component is vacuum-sealed within said second compartment of said encasement.

20 . The vacuum-packed kit of claim 19 , wherein the second said component comprises a compressible unused diaper.
