Selected peptides can be used as therapy to reduce and/or inhibit, or initiate and/or enhance, an inflammatory response in a subject.

Claims (8)

1. A synthesized peptide, consisting of:

the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 13.

2. An immunoregulatory peptide, consisting of:

the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 13.

3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 13.

4. The peptide of claim 1 , wherein the peptide affects inflammatory response in a subject.

5. The peptide of claim 1 , wherein the peptide affects inflammatory cell signaling.

6. A synthesized peptide, comprising: the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 20.
