Abstract

Disclosed herein is a rhamnose-inducible expression vector.

Claims (5)

1. A method of producing a protein, comprising:

cloning an open reading frame encoding a protein into the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID 151;

introducing the resulting nucleic acid sequence into a host cell; and

exposing the host cell to rhamnose, thereby inducing expression of the protein.

2. A nucleotide sequence comprising SEQ ID 151.
