Coated films
The invention relates to novel coated post-formable films, to surface-coating compositions for such films, to a combined method for curing the surface-coating compositions and for post-forming, as well as to moulded bodies produced from the coated films.
1 . Surface-coating compositions comprising
A) one or more compounds containing at least one chemical function a) suitable for polyaddition with component B),
said one or more compounds of component A optionally containing ethylenically unsaturated double bonds, and
B) one or more compounds containing at least one chemical function b) suitable for polyaddition with component A) and which is different from chemical function a),
said one or more compounds of component B) optionally containing ethylenically unsaturated double bonds,
wherein at least one of components A and B must contain ethylenically unsaturated double bonds,
and optionally
C) ethylenically unsaturated compounds which do not contain chemical functions suitable for polyaddition,
D) photoinitiators,
E) additives such as stabilisers, catalysts and other auxiliary substances and additives,
F) non-functional polymers and/or fillers,
wherein none of the components capable of crosslinking by a polyaddition reaction has a mean functionality greater than 2.8.
2 . Substrates coated with surface-coating compositions according to claim 1 .
3 . Substrates according to claim 2 , wherein they are moulded bodies.
4 . Substrates according to claim 3 , wherein the moulded bodies are deep-drawable films.
5 . An automotive component coated with a composition according to claim 1 .
6 . The automotive component of claim 5 , wherein the component is a moulding of deep-drawn film coated with surface-coating compositions according to claim 1.
