A method for conducting a game of chance. The game of chance is conducted via a video conference from a remote booth.
1 . Apparatus to participate in a game of chance, said apparatus comprising a plurality of recording booths each including
(a) video conferencing equipment to communicate between the booth and a casino at a location remote from the booth and comprising
(i) at least one camera for viewing an individual situated in the booth,
(ii) at least one microphone for sensing the speech of the individual,
(iii) at least one display screen to display the image of a casino employee,
(iv) at least one speaker to produce the voice of the casino employee, and;
(v) apparatus to transmit signals between the booth and said casino;
(b) apparatus to confirm the identity of the individual.
