1. A method of ameliorating multiple sclerosis-induced fatigue and/or tingling in a mammal afflicted with multiple sclerosis, which comprises
administering or having self administered to such mammal an amount effective for ameliorating multiple sclerosis-induced fatigue and/or tingling of a medicament consisting of cetyl myristate and one or both of an excipient and a diluent, or a medicament consisting of cetyl myristate, cetyl palmitate and one or both of an excipient and a diluent.
2. The method according to claim 1 wherein the administration is oral.
3. The method according to claim 1 wherein the administration is of a medicament consisting of a mixture of cetyl myristate, cetyl palmitate and one or both of an excipient and a diluent.
4. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the cetyl myristate comprises at least 50% w/w of the mixture.
5. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the ratio of cetyl myristate to cetyl palmitate w/w in the medicament is in the range of 80:20 to 99:1.
6. The method according to claim 4 , wherein the ratio of cetyl myristate to cetyl palmitate w/w in the medicament is 95:5.
7. The method according to claim 1 wherein the administration is of one or more capsules.
8. The method according to claim 1 wherein the administration is of a liquid.
9. The method according to claim 1 wherein the mammal is a human being.
10. The method according to claim 1 wherein the fatigue is ameliorated.
