Abstract
The invention provides caspase recruitment domain (CARD)-containing polypeptides, CARD, NB-ARC, ANGIO-R, LRR and SAM domains therefrom, as well as encoding nucleic acid molecules and specific antibodies. The invention also provides related screening, diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
Claims (4)
1. An isolated CARD-containing polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:97.
2. A composition comprising the polypeptide of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
3. An isolated polypeptide comprising an NB-ARC domain, said polypeptide consisting of SEQ ID NO:180.
4. A composition comprising the polypeptide of claim 3 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
