Claims (4)

1. An isolated CARD-containing polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:97.

2. A composition comprising the polypeptide of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

3. An isolated polypeptide comprising an NB-ARC domain, said polypeptide consisting of SEQ ID NO:180.

4. A composition comprising the polypeptide of claim 3 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
