Abstract
A cysteinized variant of an RNase disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 6,239,257 B1 is disclosed. A targeting moiety can be conjugated to the cysteine residue.
Claims (1)
1. A conjugated fusion protein comprising the fusion protein of SEQ ID NO: 70 and a targeting moiety conjugated to the cysteine residue located at position 133 of said fusion protein.
