Virtual e-mall at a virtual network
A virtual network resource infrastructure for hosting and managing a plurality of e-malls and each e-mall uses the virtual network resource infrastructure for offering e-commerce solution and the hosting of: e-shops, e-distributors and web sites. Also, on-line foreign language interface translation and interface exchange. Further having satellite e-malls with e-services and e-mall using satellite e-malls' e-services; user surfing tracking means and multiple sales channel where e-shops, e-malls, satellite e-malls and e-distributors sell their products directly or cross-sell each others products.
1 . A virtual network comprising:
said virtual network having hosting and management means for hosting and managing at least one e-malls and said at least one e-mall uses said virtual network hosting and management means for hosting and managing at least one e-shop;
at least one e-mall is hosted at said virtual network hosting means;
at least one e-shop is hosted at said at least one e-mall;
said at least one e-shop is hosting at least one good for sale;
said virtual network having means for said at least one e-mall to present said at least one good for sale hosted by said at least one e-shop, wherein said at least one good for sale presented by said e-mall is virtual at said at least one e-mall;
said virtual network having means for said at least one e-mall to sell said at least one good for sell from said at least one e-shop and virtually hosted by said at one e-mall;
said virtual network hosting means is the back-end infrastructure means used by buyers accessing said at least one e-mall, and said at least one e-shop;
at least one buyer accesses said e-mall and view a page from said e-mall, said page having said at least one item for sale from said at least one e-shop;
said at least one buyer buys said good from said at least one e-mall;
said at least one e-mall uses said virtual network management means and processes said sales transaction for said at least one buyer in behalf of said at least one e-shop; and
said at least one e-shop delivers said good for sale that was sold by said at least one e-mall directly to said buyer.
2 . The virtual network according to claim 1 , further comprising:
at least one computer having means to connect with said virtual network;
said at least one computer hosting a plurality of contents;
said virtual network having means to interact with said at least one computer, initiating requests for contents and receiving contents from said at least one computer;
said virtual network initiates a request for content to said at least one computer and receives at least a portion of at least one content from said at least one computer; and
said page presented to said at least one buyer by said virtual network further having said at least portion of said at least one content that was received by said virtual network from said at least first computer.
3 . The virtual network according to claim 2 , further comprising:
said item for sale and said at least portion of said at least one content on said content page having a association; and
said association is at least one keyword that is common to said item for sale and said at least portion of said at least one content.
4 . The virtual network according to claim 1 wherein said sale transaction processing involves one or more of: (a) a credit card; (b) involves a e-mail; (c) involves a shopping cart.
5 . The virtual network management means according to claim 1 , further comprising:
means for said at least one e-mall to delete said at least one e-shop; and
means for said at least one e-shop to update said at least one good for sale.
6 . The virtual network management means according to claim 1 , further wherein: said virtual network management means involves one or more of: (a) means for said at least one e-shop to insert at least one more good for sale; (b) involves means for said at least one e-shop to delete said at least one good for sale; (c) involves means for said at least one e-shop to modify said at least one good for sale.
7 . A virtual network comprising:
said virtual network having means for at least one e-shop hosted at said virtual network to virtually present and sale at least one good for sale that is dynamically hosted by another e-shop hosted at said virtual network;
at least a first e-shop hosted at said virtual network, said at least first e-shop is dynamically hosting at least a first good for sale;
at least a second e-shop hosted at said virtual network, said at least second e- shop is dynamically hosting at least a second good for sale;
said at least first e-shop uses said virtual network means for one e-shop to virtually present and sell good dynamically hosted by another e-shop hosted with said virtual network, and virtually hosts said at least second good for sale dynamically hosted by said at least second e-shop;
at least a first buyer at a first client computer accesses said at least first e-shop, said at least first e-shop virtually presents said at least second good for sale and said at least first good for sale;
said at least first buyer at said first client computer buys said at least second virtual good for sale from said at least second e-shop; and
said at least second e-shop ships said at least second good for sale to said at least first buyer.
8 . The virtual network according to claim 7 , further comprising:
said at least second e-shop uses said virtual network means for one e-shop to present and sell good dynamically hosted by another e-shop hosted with said virtual network, and virtually hosts said at least first good for sale dynamically hosted by said at least first e-shop.
9 . The virtual network according to claim 8 , further comprising:
at least a second buyer at a second client computer accesses said at least second e-shop, said at least second e-shop virtually presents said at least first good for sale and said at least second good for sale;
said at least second buyer at said second client computer buys said at least first virtual good for sale from said at least first e-shop; and
said first e-shop delivers said at least second good for sale to said at least second buyer.
10 . The virtual network according to claim 9 , further comprising:
said at least second buyer at said second client computer further buys said at least first good for sale.
11 . The virtual network according to claim 7 , further comprising:
said at least first buyer at said first client computer further buys said at least second good for sale.
12 . The virtual network comprising:
said virtual network having means for hosting at least one e-mall, said at least one e-mall hosting a plurality of e-shops;
said at least one e-mall virtually presents a plurality of goods for sale dynamically hosted by said plurality of e-shops;
said at least one e-mall having means to process sale transactions for goods sold by said at least one e-mall in behalf of said plurality of e-shop; and
e-shops delivers good sold by said at least one e-mall directly to buyers.
13 . The virtual network according to claim 12 , further comprising:
said sale transaction involves one or more of: (a) credit card processing; (b) involves a e-mail communication; (c) involves a Internet gateway.
14 . The virtual network according to claim 12 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure is located at a single location and is the back-end for a plurality of front-ends accessing said at least one e-mall and said plurality of e-shops.
15 . The virtual network according to claim 14 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure includes software programs to manage said at least one e-mall and said plurality of e-shops.
16 . The virtual network according to claim 15 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure includes Internet, e-mail, credit cards gateways and the necessary hardware for the hosting and managing of said e-mall and said plurality of e-shops.
17 . The virtual network according to claim 16 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure having means for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops to present goods for sale dynamically hosted by each e-shop.
18 . The virtual network according to claim 17 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure includes means for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops to sell goods dynamically hosted by each e-shop.
19 . The virtual network according to claim 15 , further wherein:
said software to manage is one or more of: (a) credit card processing; (b) manage e-mail communication; (c) manage Internet gateway.
20 . The virtual network according to claim 15 , further wherein:
said software to manage is one or more of: (a) management means for said e-mall to include and exclude a e-shop; (b) is a management means for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shop to manage good for sales dynamically hosted by each e-shop; (c) is a management means for said e-mall to process sales for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops; (d) is a management means for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops to sell goods dynamically hosted by each e-shop; (e) is a management means for said e-mall to process delivery transaction for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops; (f) is a management means for said e-mall to process e-mail communication for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops; (g) is a management means for managing a plurality of buyers accessing said e-mall and said plurality of e-shops.
21 . The virtual network according to claim 12 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure having means for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops to present goods for sale dynamically hosted by each e-shop.
22 . The virtual network according to claim 21 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure includes means for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops to sell goods dynamically hosted by each e-shop.
23 . The virtual network according to claim 22 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure having Internet, e-mail, credit cards gateways and all the necessary hardware for the hosting and managing of said e-mall and said plurality of e-shops.
24 . The virtual network comprising:
said virtual network having an infrastructure located at a single location, said virtual network hosting at least one e-mall;
said at least one e-mall hosting a plurality of e-shops;
said virtual network infrastructure is the back-end for a plurality of front-ends accessing said at least one e-mall and said plurality of e-shops;
said virtual network infrastructure includes software programs to manage said at least one e-mall and said plurality of e-shops;
said virtual network infrastructure further includes Internet, e-mail, credit cards gateways and the necessary hardware for the hosting and managing of said e-mall and said plurality of e-shops;
said virtual network infrastructure further having means for said at least one e- mall to virtually present a plurality of goods for sale dynamically hosted by said plurality of e-shops;
said at least one e-mall having means to process sale transactions for goods sold by said at least one e-mall in behalf of said plurality of e-shop; and
e-shops delivers good sold by said at least one e-mall directly to buyers.
25 . The virtual network according to claim 24 , further comprising:
said virtual network infrastructure includes means for each e-shop of said plurality of e-shops to sell goods dynamically hosted by each e-shop.
